Construction of Prefabricated Concrete Houses
Admin September 18, 2026
The construction of prefabricated concrete houses adopts the 'factory prefabrication, on-site assembly' model. The core processes include construction preparation, component production, on-site assembly, and acceptance, all of which must strictly adhere to standards to ensure quality, safety, and environmental protection goals.

I. Construction Preparation Phase
- Site and Facilities: Level the site to a slope of ≤5% to ensure smooth transportation channels; set up temporary office, storage, and safety facilities, and equip them with firefighting equipment; ensure water and electricity supplies meet construction needs.
- Materials and Equipment: Cement, sand, gravel, and steel bars must meet design standards; select appropriate mixing plants, transport vehicles (such as pump trucks), and lifting equipment (such as tower cranes); provide professional management personnel, skilled workers, and safety officers.
II. Prefabricated Component Production
- Molds and Steel Bars: Use high-precision steel molds to ensure component dimensional deviations comply with standards; steel bar processing must strictly follow drawings, and after binding, pass hidden work acceptance.
- Concrete Pouring and Curing: Use raw materials that meet national standards, pour continuously and vibrate densely; the curing time should be ≥14 days to prevent cracking.
- Demolding and Storage: After the concrete strength reaches the standard, demold the components, classify and store them, and take protective measures (such as using wooden pads and covers) to avoid deformation or damage.
III. On-site Construction Process
- Foundation Construction: Dig foundation trenches about 1 meter deep, lay moisture-proof PE film, and then pour waste concrete as the foundation base. After solidification, install guide steel plates to position prefabricated piles.
- Component Acceptance and Lifting: Check the quality of components and lift them in the order of 'columns → beams → plates → stairs → exterior wall panels', using truck cranes and other equipment for precise positioning.
- Node Connection and Pipeline Embedding: Use steel bar sleeve grouting or bolt connections to ensure structural integrity; reserve channels for electromechanical pipelines to facilitate subsequent equipment installation.
- Decoration and Acceptance: After completing exterior wall insulation, door and window installation, and interior decoration, conduct completion acceptance according to national standards to ensure quality compliance.
IV. Construction Management and Objectives
- Zoning and Resources: Divide functional areas such as component stacking, lifting, and processing, and set up isolation signs; configure machinery, labor, and material plans according to the project scale.
- Quality and Safety: The goal is to comply with the 'Code for Acceptance of Construction Quality of Concrete Structures' and strive for provincial-level high-quality projects; eliminate serious injuries and above, with a minor injury rate of ≤3‰.
- Environmental Protection Measures: Control noise, dust, and sewage emissions to create a green construction demonstration site.
This model significantly shortens the construction period through industrialized construction, reduces on-site wet operations, and achieves efficient and environmentally friendly residential construction.
