Prefabricated Composite House Design Drawings
Currently, there is no direct provision of specific content for prefabricated composite house design drawings, but relevant prefabricated house design cases and information on modular prefabricated houses released by the Canadian government can be introduced.

Modular Prefabricated House Design Released by the Canadian Government: The Canadian government once released the first batch of 50 modular prefabricated house design drawings as part of a housing plan aimed at accelerating housing construction across the country. These pre-approved modular house designs are diverse, covering townhouses, four-unit villas, six-unit villas, and accessory dwelling units (ADUs). The size range of the houses is wide, from a 493-square-foot mini detached house to a 739-square-foot three-bedroom six-unit house, along with a 50-square-foot additional dwelling unit (ADU). However, the specific size depends on the province or region where the design is approved.
Other Prefabricated House Design Cases:
- Brette Haus's BASIC Prefabricated House: This house features a unique foldable design, with three modules connected by hinges, which greatly facilitates transportation. Once the house arrives at the site, the assembly process is highly efficient, taking only three hours to complete. The interior floor area of the house is approximately 161 square feet (15 square meters), and when the patio area is included, the total area is 236 square feet (22 square meters). Moreover, the house is built with eco-friendly materials, achieving complete carbon neutrality and aligning with the current green and environmentally friendly architectural concept.
- Backcountry Hut Company's System 01 Prefabricated Cabin: Its shell is produced in the company's factory. After all components are transported to the site, the assembly process is easy and straightforward. With just a small team of construction workers, it can be built within a week, and no mechanical assistance is required during the assembly. This cozy cabin has a living space of 185 square feet (17 square meters), with a reasonable interior layout that can accommodate an open-plan living room and kitchen, a bathroom, and a sleeping or storage loft, meeting people's basic living needs.
- Xi'an Caotang Gap Residence: It is assembled from four containers, with a transportation and assembly time of less than 5 hours, demonstrating high efficiency. The building area is 90 square meters, and the total cost is 240,000 yuan. In terms of exterior design, carbonized pine strips are laid on the south facade of the containers, and color-coated steel sheets are laid on the remaining walls, ensuring both the aesthetics and practicality of the house.
