Customization Process of Prefabricated Cement Houses

Admin September 18, 2026

The customization process of prefabricated cement houses mainly includes three key stages: site selection and design, material preparation and production, and transportation, installation, and acceptance.

Site Selection and Design: This is the initial stage of the customization process. First, carefully select an appropriate construction site, comprehensively evaluating the surrounding environment, such as proximity to major transportation routes and the presence of noise disturbances. At the same time, consider geological conditions, including soil bearing capacity and groundwater levels, as these factors directly affect the stability and safety of the house. Next, design the house blueprint according to your own needs, clarifying the layout and functional divisions of the house, and dividing it into different component modules. Then, based on the divided modules, formulate a detailed design plan covering the dimensions, shapes, and connection methods of the components, as well as a production plan to determine the production sequence and time nodes for each component. This process usually requires collaboration with a professional architectural design team or company, who can ensure the rationality and practicality of the design with their rich experience and expertise, meeting various requirements for living or use.

Material Preparation and Production: After completing the design, prepare sufficient key materials such as cement and steel bars, ensuring that the material quality meets relevant standards and that the supply is stable. Subsequently, carry out mass production of modular components in the factory according to the design plan. During production, strictly control quality to ensure that all components are precisely dimensioned and meet design requirements, thus ensuring the smooth progress of later assembly work. At the same time, ensure that the component quality meets standards to maintain the stability and safety of the overall structure. In addition, take good care of the components, controlling the temperature, humidity, and time of curing according to the characteristics of cement to achieve optimal performance in terms of component strength.

Transportation, Installation, and Acceptance: Transport the prefabricated house components to the construction site, taking effective protective measures during transportation to prevent component damage. Upon arrival at the site, install the main structure in sequence according to the design drawings and construction plan, such as assembling walls and laying floors, while installing supporting ancillary facilities, including electrical and plumbing systems. During installation, attach great importance to safety management, equip construction personnel with necessary safety protective equipment, and set up safety warning signs. Moreover, conduct strict inspections and acceptances at each stage, and only proceed to the next process after passing the acceptance to ensure that the quality of the entire construction project meets requirements.
