Prefabricated Assembly Drawing of House Walls

Admin September 18, 2026

The core content of the prefabricated assembly drawing of house walls can be illustrated through typical cases in prefabricated building technology, specifically including the following three types of technical solutions and drawing reference directions:

1. Assembly Drawing of Aluminum Alloy Formwork Construction in EMC Prefabricated Structures The No. 7 residential building in the棚改 (shanty town renovation) project in the southern area of Sanjianfang Township, Chaoyang District, Beijing, adopts an EMC prefabricated structure. The vertical components of its prefabricated hollow shear walls have a 70mm high gap reserved at the bottom as a cast-in-place bonding section. During construction, a separate 150mm high aluminum alloy formwork needs to be configured. The formwork should have pre-reserved fixed bolt holes for reinforcement connection with the prefabricated components through bolts. Key assembly details include:

  • Anti-slurry leakage treatment: A rubber strip for preventing slurry leakage is used at the bottom of the wall to seal the gap and avoid leakage of cast-in-place concrete;
  • Node diagrams: For example, the "Cross-sectional drawing of aluminum alloy formwork reinforcement for walls" can show the bolt connection method between the formwork and the prefabricated components, and the "Node drawing of rubber strip plugging" can clarify the installation position and size of the sealing strip. Such drawings are usually presented in the form of cross-sectional drawings, marking parameters such as formwork height, bolt spacing, and rubber strip specifications.

2. Assembly Drawing of the Wall Panel System in Prefabricated Steel Structures In steel structure buildings, walls serve as pure enclosure structures, and light-weight panels (such as ALC panels and glass fiber reinforced panels) are commonly used to achieve factory production and prefabricated construction. Typical assembly methods include:

  • Connection methods: ALC panels are connected to the steel frame through special connecting bolts, supporting external hanging (the panel body is hung on the outside of the steel beam) or embedded (the panel body is embedded in the groove of the steel frame) installation;
  • Construction effect drawings: They can visually show the relative positions of the wall panels and the steel frame, bolt fixing points, and joint treatment methods (such as sealing with joint filler). Such drawings are usually presented in the form of elevation drawings or three-dimensional schematic diagrams, marking parameters such as wall panel thickness, bolt specifications, and installation spacing.

3. Production and Drawing Process of Prefabricated Exterior Wall Components In prefabricated building projects, the detailed design of prefabricated exterior wall components requires the generation of multiple types of drawings through BIM technology:

  • Elevation details: Show the overall layout, division dimensions, and surface treatment methods of the exterior wall panels;
  • Section details: Clarify the internal structure of the wall panels (such as insulation layers and steel bar arrangements) and the connection nodes with the main structure;
  • Positioning drawings of embedded parts: Mark the positions and specifications of metal embedded parts for diagonal braces, lifting rings, etc. For example, the "Statistical table of metal embedded parts for diagonal braces" can quantify the number and distribution of embedded parts. Drawing optimization: By distinguishing and using simplified components (general design) and detailed components (personalized design), the drawing generation efficiency and assembly accuracy can be improved.

Suggestions for obtaining drawings: If specific drawings or node details are required, refer to Figure 1 (schematic of EMC prefabricated hollow shear walls), Figure 2 (schematic of the anti-slurry leakage sealing strip plugging at the bottom of the aluminum alloy formwork wall) in the above cases, and related BIM drawing results. In practical applications, it is necessary to further refine the drawing markings and node structures in combination with project design specifications and construction requirements.
