Prefabricated Assembled House Construction Plan
Admin September 18, 2026
The prefabricated assembled house construction plan covers five stages: design, production, transportation, installation, and quality control. The specific content of each stage is as follows:

Design Stage
- Design Principles: It should meet the functional requirements of the building, ensure structural safety and stability; follow the concept of green buildings to reduce energy consumption; consider the construction, transportation, and installation processes to improve efficiency; adapt to industrial production and achieve standardized and modular design.
- Design Content: This includes architectural floor plan design, determining the layout based on functions; architectural facade design, focusing on aesthetics and coordination in line with urban planning; structural design using prefabricated assembled structures; equipment selection based on building functions; and material selection with an emphasis on environmental protection, energy efficiency, and high performance.
Production Stage
- Production Process: First, produce prefabricated components according to design drawings; then assemble the components to form the main structure of the house; next, conduct quality inspections on the prefabricated components to ensure they meet design requirements; finally, package the prefabricated components for easy transportation.
- Production Requirements: The dimensions of prefabricated components should be accurate, with flat surfaces and no defects such as cracks, honeycombs, or pockmarks; the design of connection nodes should be reasonable, and the connection strength should meet requirements; the production process should comply with relevant national standards.
Transportation Stage
- Transportation Methods: Use flatbed trucks, trailers, and other transportation tools, selecting the appropriate method based on factors such as transportation distance and road conditions.
- Transportation Requirements: Ensure that prefabricated components are not damaged during transportation; avoid congested and construction areas when choosing transportation routes; transportation vehicles should be well-maintained.
Installation Stage
- Installation Process: First, prepare the site by cleaning the construction site; use cranes and other equipment for component hoisting; connect the components according to design requirements; adjust the positions and angles of prefabricated components to ensure structural stability; finally, conduct acceptance inspections on the installed house.
- Installation Requirements: Ensure that prefabricated components are not damaged during installation; the installation quality should meet relevant national standards; pay attention to safety protection; organize lifting appliances before component hoisting and install them according to the form and size of the components; load the components onto vehicles in the hoisting order; mark the serial numbers after they arrive at the site; set out control lines before hoisting; install adjustment tool embedments before wall hoisting; complete the lower support system and precisely adjust the elevation of support points; measure and correct the column top elevation before hoisting beam components.
Quality Control
Quality control should be carried out at each stage. In the design stage, review design drawings and train designers; in the production stage, monitor the production process and inspect prefabricated components; in the transportation stage, monitor the transportation process and inspect transportation vehicles; in the installation stage, monitor the installation process and conduct acceptance inspections on the installed house.
