Portable Toilet Water Bucket

Admin September 27, 2026

There are multiple options and DIY solutions for portable toilet water buckets.

I. Using a Water Storage Tank Selecting a food-grade PE water storage tank is a common and practical solution. It is recommended to choose a 100L capacity tank, with brands like Chahua and Meiliya offering reliable quality. When making it, first install casters with brakes at the bottom of the tank, ensuring that the casters can bear a load of over 50kg to guarantee stability and safety during movement. Then, drill two holes on the side of the tank: one for connecting an outlet pipe, install a 2-分管 with a small faucet for easy water access; the other hole is for installing an overflow pipe, which prevents water from overflowing and causing slippery floors when the tank is full.

II. Using a Portable Mop Sink Portable mop sinks can also serve as water buckets, with various types available. For example, a portable stainless steel high-leg mop sink is suitable for spaces like balconies, used for small household mop washing, priced at around 291 yuan. There is also an enlarged and widened laundry sink with an integrated multi-functional plastic basin, suitable for both indoor and outdoor use, rectangular in shape, and relatively inexpensive at around 108.88 yuan. Additionally, ceramic mop sinks are a good choice, available in rectangular floor-standing models for outdoor balconies, priced at approximately 73.33 yuan. These portable mop sinks all have drainage functions, meeting the basic needs of a water bucket.

III. DIY Portable Bathroom Water Bucket A young man created a portable bathroom using several buckets. The specific method involves placing the cut buckets on a wooden base with installed casters and securing them firmly with wooden strips. Then, cut an entrance for easy access, and use aluminum composite panels to increase the height and usable space. Install a bucket lid and a wooden door to ensure privacy in the bathroom. Connect an elbow drain pipe at the bottom and install a floor drain for easy drainage. Install water pipe connectors on the side and the green bucket lid on top, make a showerhead with PVC pipes and connect the water pipes, thus forming a relatively well-equipped portable bathroom water system.
