Portable Toilet

Admin September 20, 2026

A portable toilet is a facility that can be moved as a whole and provides toilet services to the public. It is suitable for various locations and offers advantages such as mobility, modularity, and ease of transportation.

Suitable Locations and Structure:
Portable toilets are suitable for crowded or temporarily needed locations such as stations, docks, tourist attractions, construction sites, and squares. Their structure includes a fecal storage tank (or disposal unit), floor, sanitary ware, walls, water tank, roof, and mobile unit. The main frame is mostly made of steel, with exterior wall materials such as galvanized steel plates, stainless steel plates, or metal carved plates. The interior commonly uses rock wool or polyurethane for insulation, with non-slip floors and waterproof layers. Doors and windows are made of aluminum alloy profiles with insulated tempered glass.

Classification and Characteristics:
They are classified by structure into single and composite types; by mobility into hoisting and powered towing types; by sewage treatment into flush, non-flush suction, circulating flush, and dry packing types; and by product type into single, modular, barrier-free, eco-friendly (e.g., microbial degradation), and luxury (equipped with air conditioning, lighting, etc.) models. Their core characteristics include reusability, ease of transportation, and adaptability to different scenarios through modular assembly.

Design Principles and Customization Process:
Design follows principles of mobility, cost-effectiveness, durability, and eco-friendliness, emphasizing lightweight stability, controlled height and width, and improved mobile units. The customization process includes needs communication (size, electrical circuits, appearance, etc.),方案设计 (scheme design), factory prefabrication (7-15 days), transportation and hoisting, and connection of water and electricity, enabling quick deployment.

Application Scenarios and Configurations:
Widely used in municipal squares, scenic spots, construction sites, highway service areas, and other locations, especially suitable for temporary events. Basic configurations include lighting, sockets, and exhaust fans, with high-end models featuring inverter air conditioners. Some eco-toilets use microbial degradation technology to reduce pollution. Their flexible deployment makes them the preferred choice for temporary sanitation facilities.
