Portable Toilet and Bathroom
A portable toilet and bathroom is a facility that can be moved as a whole and set up in fixed or temporary locations to provide toilet services for the public and customers.
I. Basic Components A portable toilet and bathroom generally consists of a fecal sewage storage tank (or fecal sewage treatment device), flooring, sanitary ware, walls, washing equipment, water tanks, roofs, and mobile devices. These components work together to ensure it has complete toilet functionality. For example, the fecal sewage storage tank is used to collect and treat excreta, sanitary ware such as toilets and washbasins meet daily usage needs, and the mobile device gives it portability.
II. Production Methods There are various production methods. One method involves using a water storage tank and a pallet. First, fix universal wheels at the four corners of the bottom of the pallet, place the water storage tank, cut along the top marking line to form an open tank, stack two top-open water storage tanks and fix them with self-tapping screws, cut out a rectangular opening to form a doorway, drill a hole in the internal floor and insert an elbow to connect a water pipe, install and fix the toilet, fix the water pipe at the wall buckles and install a faucet, make a washbasin with a stainless-steel basin and fix it, connect the toilet tank inlet pipe, shower hose, etc., install a toilet seat and a spray showerhead, make a door with wood and hinges and install a door handle. Another method uses a wooden board with universal wheels as a base, places a cut water bucket on it, fixes the bucket body with wooden strips, cuts the water bucket to make an entrance and exit and wraps the cut with wooden boards for fixation, extends and raises it with aluminum-plastic panels to install a bucket cover, processes and installs a wooden door with wood, drills a hole at the bottom to connect a drain pipe and install a floor drain, drills holes in the green bucket to install water pipe joints,拼接 (assembles) PVC pipes to make a showerhead, connects the showerhead below the green bucket, connects water pipes and installs valve switches, etc., and drills a hole in the middle of the base to install a toilet and apply sealant.
III. Suitable Locations It is suitable for stations, docks, tourist attractions, villa areas, newly built residential areas, large construction sites, squares, densely populated public places, and bustling commercial streets. These places have a large flow of people, and the demand for toilets is temporary or阶段性 (phased). Portable toilets and bathrooms can well meet these needs.
IV. Classification and Advantages According to the structural form, they can be divided into single-structure mobile toilets and composite-structure mobile toilets; according to the mobile method, they can be divided into hoisting and handling mobile toilets, powered and towed mobile toilets; according to the sewage treatment method, they can be divided into water-flushing and non-water-flushing suction mobile toilets, circulating water-flushing mobile toilets, and dry-packing mobile toilets. They have the advantages of portability, combinability, and convenient transportation, and can make up for the shortage of public toilet supply and unreasonable layout.
