There are mainly two ways to assemble portable toilets, as detailed below:

Portable Toilet Made from Several Buckets

1. Base and Bucket Fixation: Use a wooden board with installed universal wheels as the base. Place the cut buckets on the base and evenly fix them to the bucket body with several wooden strips to ensure stability.
2. Creating the Entrance and Exit: Use an angle grinder to cut the large bucket from top to bottom along the pre-marked lines to create the entrance and exit of the toilet. Wrap and fix two wooden boards at the cut edges on both sides to enhance structural stability and safety.
3. Heightening and Top Treatment: Insert an aluminum-plastic panel into the夹层 (interlayer) of the upper wooden board for heightening. Install the bucket lid on top and paint the internal wooden strips with white paint for a uniform color and improved aesthetics.
4. Installing the Wooden Door: Process several wooden boards and strips into a wooden door. Use hinges to install the finished wooden door onto the door frame, ensuring it can open and close normally.
5. Installing the Drainage and Water Inlet Systems: After constructing the main frame, mark the hole positions at the bottom. Use a hole expander to create holes, then connect elbow drain pipes and install floor drains. Drill a hole on the side to install a water inlet pipe connector, and drill a hole of the same size in the middle of the bottom to connect another water inlet pipe connector. Place a green bucket on top of the bucket lid.
6. Installing the Shower System: Use PVC pipes to assemble a showerhead and connect it below the green bucket. Connect the external interface of the green bucket to a PVC water pipe, install a valve switch in the middle, then connect a three-way pipe and continue extending the water pipe to the bottom. Use an elbow to connect it to the interior, where a metal three-way is installed. Connect one end of the three-way to the showerhead pipe and fix a showerhead holder on the wooden board.
7. Installing the Toilet: Drill a hole in the middle of the base as the toilet's drain pipe. Install the newly purchased toilet in the toilet and apply a ring of sealant around it to prevent leaks.
