Portable Toilet and Shower Room

Admin October 11, 2026

Portable toilet and shower rooms come in various designs and types to meet different scenarios and needs.

I. Basic Mobile Design
Some portable toilet and shower rooms adopt a mobile structure with wheels. For example, a common design has dimensions of 1.3 meters in width, 2 meters in length, and 2.15 meters in height, equipped with interior lighting fixtures. This design achieves flexible mobility through the installation of universal wheels at the bottom, making it suitable for temporary events, construction sites, and other scenarios. It can be quickly deployed without the need for fixed installation. Its structure is relatively simple, primarily meeting basic toilet and shower needs, but with limited functional expandability.

II. DIY Retrofit Design
Another low-cost option involves retrofitting containers such as buckets. By cutting openings in the buckets, installing toilets, showerheads, and adding universal wheels as a mobile base, this design is extremely cost-effective (with prices possibly as low as a few dozen yuan), suitable for scenarios with limited budgets or temporary emergencies. However, due to material strength limitations, its durability and sealing performance are poor, and its functionality is limited, typically only meeting basic toilet needs. Shower functionality requires additional water tanks and heating equipment.

III. Market-Standardized Products
There are various standardized products available on the market, such as:

  • High-end Mobile Toilet and Shower Units: Made from eco-friendly materials, equipped with independent shower systems and ventilation equipment, priced at several thousand yuan, suitable for scenic spots, high-end events, and other scenarios.
  • Outdoor Construction Site Eco-Friendly Restrooms: Primarily sold in bulk, emphasizing durability and ease of cleaning, with a wide price range, allowing for different configurations based on needs.
  • Home Integrated Mobile Restrooms: Designed with integration in mind, relatively small in size, suitable for temporary home use or small space renovations.

IV. Multi-functional Integrated Design
Some products achieve functional expansion through modular design. For example, a mobile bathroom unit with a width of 2 meters and a length of 3.5 meters features double-colored metal insulated carved panels and an aluminum alloy glass single door, integrating toilet, shower, and washing machine functions. Its interior achieves dry-wet separation and can meet the needs of multiple users simultaneously, suitable for homes, homestays, and other scenarios. Such products are relatively expensive but offer comprehensive functionality and high space utilization.
