Portable Mobile Toilet Production

Admin September 24, 2026

To make a portable mobile toilet, you can refer to the following two methods and choose the appropriate plan according to the materials and needs:

Method 1: Using a Water Storage Barrel

Material Preparation: You will need a water storage barrel, an angle grinder, wooden boards, universal wheels, wooden strips, self-tapping screws, sponge strips, plastic soft boards, white waterproof paint, foam strips, honeycomb wooden boards, drainage pipes, plastic buckets, direct connectors, water pipes, tees, showerheads, toilets, water tanks, glass glue, and sewage buckets, etc.
Production Steps:

  1. Basic Structure Construction: Use an angle grinder to split the water storage barrel in half. Fix universal wheels at the four corners of the wooden board for mobility. Use self-tapping screws to fix wooden strips on the upper side of the barrel to increase height and open a door on the side of the water storage barrel.
  2. Wall and Roof Installation: Install sponge strips on both sides of the door to form a door frame. Embed plastic soft boards between the wooden strips to form an elevated wall. Place the upper half of the water storage barrel on top of the wooden strips as the roof and apply white waterproof paint to enhance aesthetics.
  3. Functional Component Connection: Open a hole at the bottom of the barrel and install a drainage pipe to form a floor drain. Open holes on the side and bottom of the plastic bucket and connect them with direct connectors. Place it on the roof as a small water storage device. Connect a water pipe-made bath heater and install a tee below the water inlet pipe and connect it to a showerhead.
  4. Toilet and Handwashing Facility Installation: Place the toilet on the drainage pipe hole, install the water tank, and fix it with glass glue. Connect the drainage pipe to the sewage bucket. Horizontally connect a water pipe to the tee of the outlet pipe and extend it to the door as the water inlet pipe for the handwashing basin. Open a hole on the door and install a connector to connect the hose.

Method 2: Using a Water Storage Tank and a Pallet

Material Preparation: You will need a plastic pallet, a water storage tank, universal wheels, an angle grinder, self-tapping screws, hole-opening tools, elbows, water pipes, glue, toilets, wall clamps, faucets, pipe caps, stainless steel basins, wooden boards, hinges, and door handles, etc.
Production Steps:

  1. Mobile Base Construction: Fix universal wheels at the four corners of the bottom of the pallet and place a water storage tank recovered from a garbage station.
  2. Tank Modification and Stacking: Use an angle grinder to cut along the marked line on the top of the water storage tank to remove the top. Stack two open tank bodies and fix the outer frame with self-tapping screws.
  3. Doorway and Drainage System: Cut a rectangular opening on the outer frame of the water storage tank as the doorway. Open a hole on the internal floor, insert an elbow from the bottom and cut into a water pipe. Seal the gaps with glue and cut off the excess part.
  4. Sanitary Facility Installation: Place the toilet against the drainage hole and fix it with glue. Fix a water pipe on the wall clamps and install a faucet. Connect a pipe cap below as the outlet of the drainage pipe. Fix a stainless steel basin as the handwashing basin. Connect the water inlet pipe of the toilet water tank, the shower hose, and install a spray-type showerhead.
  5. Door Installation: Fix hinges on the frame of the water storage tank and connect the other side with a wooden board to form a door. Install a door handle.
