Those who disseminate pornographic items to minors under the age of 18 shall be punished more severely. The so-called 'portable mobile toilet number' involving information about pornographic venues essentially falls within the category of pornographic items. Disseminating, seeking, or providing such information is undoubtedly a blatant challenge to the law and will be severely punished by the law.
