Production of Plastic Rolling Mobile Toilets
The production of plastic rolling mobile toilets requires selecting a plan based on the usage scenario (indoor/outdoor) and functional requirements (simple/multi-functional). Common production methods are divided into two categories: simple and multi-functional, and large-scale production can refer to engineering processes.

I. Simple Type: Mobile Toilet Seat Based on PVC Pipes and Wooden Boards
Suitable for indoor flexible movement scenarios, especially for elderly individuals with mobility issues. The production steps are as follows:
- Base and Frame Construction:
- Combine plastic covers, wheels, and nuts to form a movable base, ensuring that the wheels are firmly connected to the base for easy sliding.
- Cut PVC straight pipes (e.g., pipes with a diameter of 110mm) and connect them with tees to form a frame, creating the support structure for the toilet. PVC pipes need to be connected with special glue or hot-melted to ensure frame stability.
- Wooden Board Installation and Functional Optimization:
- Install wooden boards on the frame as footrests, bases, and backrests, and fix them with screws. The wooden boards need to be polished smooth to avoid burrs scratching the skin.
- Cut a circular hole (with a diameter of about 25-30cm) in the middle of the wooden board as the toilet opening. The edges of the hole need to be wrapped with hoses to enhance comfort.
- Add handrails (such as PVC pipes or metal rods) to enhance safety. The height of the handrails needs to be adjusted according to the user's height.
II. Multi-functional Type: Mobile Bathroom Based on Used Plastic Buckets
Suitable for outdoor scenarios, requiring functions such as flushing and storage. The production steps are as follows:
- Main Structure Construction:
- Install universal wheels at the corners of the wooden board, fix them with wooden strips, and cut out a door frame structure to ensure that the door can open and close freely.
- Embed aluminum sheets as partitions to enhance structural strength and waterproofing. Cover the top with the neck part of the plastic bucket, and paint the inner wall with white cement for beautification and to prevent leakage.
- Flushing System and Ancillary Facility Installation:
- Assemble the toilet tank and flushing system (including valves and tee pipes), and connect the sewer pipe to the septic tank. The pipes need to be made of PVC or PE materials to ensure corrosion resistance.
- Equip the interior with storage shelves (for placing toilet paper and cleaning supplies), coat hooks (for hanging clothes), and handrails (to enhance safety) to meet diverse needs.
III. Large-scale Production Reference: Engineering Plastic Mobile Bathrooms
For mass production, refer to the process of Beijing plastic mobile bathrooms:
- Materials and Molding: Use thermoplastic plastics such as polyethylene and polypropylene to manufacture integrated sanitary ware and compartments through injection molding or rotational molding processes, ensuring structural sealing and durability.
- Structure and Function: Design independent compartments, including water storage and flushing systems, ventilation openings, and ancillary facilities (such as lighting and deodorization devices) to enhance the user experience.
- Deployment and Transportation: Require a flat ground, transport components or entire units by truck, and assemble or hoist them on-site, suitable for temporary events or public places.
Precautions: Before production, select a plan according to actual needs to ensure that the materials are environmentally friendly, the structure is stable, and it complies with hygiene standards.
