Plastic Mobile Toilet Treatment

Admin October 01, 2026

The treatment of plastic mobile toilets includes cleaning plans, sewage treatment methods, and environmentally friendly treatment measures, which require a combination of scientific methods and standardized operations to achieve efficient management.

Cleaning Plan

Cleaning should be carried out by two professional personnel working together, with one responsible for core cleaning and disinfection, and the other assisting with handling and alerting. Tools include a high-pressure water gun (low-pressure mode), soft nylon brushes, toilet brushes, protective gear (gloves, goggles, masks), and specialized cleaning agents (weakly acidic, sodium hypochlorite disinfectant, plant-extracted odor neutralizer). Before operation, the power should be turned off, items cleared out, and the cabinet checked for damage and pipe blockages. For external cleaning, first sweep the ground debris with a broom, then use a soft brush dipped in cleaning agent to wipe the cabinet walls, doors, vents, etc., focusing on cleaning dust from crevices, and finally rinse with a high-pressure water gun and dry. Initial internal cleaning requires emptying the toilet waste, unclogging blocked pipes, sweeping ground garbage, and sealing it for disposal. Deep cleaning of the toilet involves spraying a weakly acidic cleaning agent on urine scale and dirt, letting it sit for 3-5 minutes, then scrubbing the area around the drain with a nylon brush. For sit-down toilets, clean the inner walls, seat, lid, and the outside of the tank. Cleaning the floor and walls involves wiping with diluted cleaning agent, focusing on corners and stains around the toilet. Wall fingerprints should be wiped with a damp cloth dipped in cleaning agent and then rinsed. Affiliated facilities (sinks, paper towel holders, handrails) should be wiped and disinfected and checked for stability. After cleaning, the interior space should be thoroughly sprayed with sodium hypochlorite disinfectant.

Sewage Treatment Methods

  1. Chemical Treatment Method: By adding chemicals such as chlorine gas and sodium hydroxide, waste is separated from water, reducing odors and harmful gases, but precise dosage control is required to avoid secondary pollution.
  2. Biological Treatment Method: Utilizing the decomposition ability of microorganisms, through fluidized bed anaerobic digestion reactors and filtration systems, excrement is converted into reclaimed water, achieving resource recycling.
  3. Flush and Non-flush Suction Type: The flush type relies on a water tank and sewage tank, while the non-flush type directly receives excrement in a sewage tank, both requiring frequent suction to prevent overflow.
  4. Recirculating Flush Type: Using an intermittent aerobic and anaerobic treatment system combined with biofilm technology, treated sewage is recycled for flushing, reducing water consumption.
  5. Dry Packing Type: Using biodegradable plastic bags to receive excrement, automatically replacing with new bags, no water required.
  6. Foam Sealing Type: Using foam generated by foaming liquid to cover the inside of the toilet, blocking odors and saving water.
  7. Microbial Type: Through solid-liquid separation devices, urine and feces are treated separately, with feces decomposed by microorganisms and urine purified into reclaimed water for reuse.

Environmentally Friendly Treatment Measures

The feces separation design collects urine and feces separately. Urine, after fermentation treatment, can be used as organic fertilizer for farmland or gardens, while feces are sealed in separate containers to prevent odor diffusion. Biodegradation devices decompose feces into carbon dioxide and water by adding microbial strains, requiring no flushing, suitable for water-scarce areas. Professional teams regularly transport feces to designated treatment stations, where after solid-liquid separation and disinfection, the sewage is discharged into the municipal sewage network upon meeting standards, and solid residues are converted into organic fertilizer or incinerated (in compliance with environmental standards). The lessor uses environmentally friendly cleaning agents to wipe the interior before and after each use, treats the exterior with specialized disinfection equipment, and some high-end services are equipped with activated carbon filtration systems to prevent odors.
