Production of Plastic Mobile Toilets

Admin October 06, 2026

There are various methods for producing plastic mobile toilets, and appropriate methods can be selected based on different needs and materials. Here are several common and feasible production methods:

1. Producing a mobile toilet using a large plastic bucket
This is a relatively complete mobile toilet production plan. First, select a plastic bucket with a sufficiently large capacity and horizontally cut it at about one-third of its height, dividing the bucket into upper and lower parts. Use wooden boards and universal wheels to make a sturdy base and fix the lower part of the cut bucket onto the base to ensure mobility. Then, cut out a door frame of an appropriate size on the bucket body for easy access. To increase the height and stability of the toilet, install aluminum-plastic panels around the bucket body for heightening. Install drainage pipes, water storage tanks, showers, toilets, and washbasins inside. The drainage pipes are used to discharge sewage, the water storage tanks can store clean water, the showers and washbasins provide basic washing functions, and the toilets can be selected according to needs, such as simple squat toilets or sit-down toilets.

2. Producing a wall-mounted urinal using a plastic bucket
This method is suitable for scenarios with limited space and only requiring urination functions. First, cut the plastic bucket. Mark trapezoidal lines in the water outlet area of the bucket, use cutting tools to cut along the marked lines, and polish the cut edges smoothly to form a urinal opening. Make an arc-shaped flush valve and fix it below the washbasin. Flush the urinal with the water drained from the washbasin to achieve water resource recycling and keep the toilet clean.

3. Producing a mobile toilet using a water storage tank and a pallet
Prepare a plastic pallet and fix universal wheels at its bottom to make the entire structure easily movable. Combine it with materials such as a water storage tank and place the water storage tank at an appropriate position on the pallet for storing clean water. According to actual needs, build a simple frame structure on the pallet and install sanitary facilities such as toilets and washbasins to form a simple but fully functional mobile toilet.

4. Producing a portable urinal using a plastic bucket
For temporary or portable use, simply modify a plastic bucket. Mark patterns to be cut on the plastic bucket, such as urinal openings, use tools to cut them, and drill holes at appropriate positions to install water pipes and push-button faucets. Fix the produced portable urinal on the toilet wall for easy use and it takes up little space.
