Plastic Mobile Toilet Production

There are mainly two ways to produce plastic mobile toilets: personal handmade production and production by professional companies.

Personal Handmade Production

• Simple Mobile Restroom: It can be made by modifying a large plastic bucket. First, cut the large plastic bucket at the one-third point. Find a large wooden board, install four universal wheels on it, and fix the board around the plastic bucket with screws, evenly securing wooden strips. Use a cutting machine to cut a gap from the top to the bottom of the plastic bucket to form an entrance for the restroom. Wrap a wooden board along the edge of the entrance and fix it to form a door frame. Install an aluminum-plastic panel at the extended position of the wooden board to raise the height of the plastic bucket. Paint the upper half of the cut plastic bucket white. Process a wooden board into a door and install it on the door frame with hinges. Use a hole expander to drill a hole next to the bottom of the plastic bucket and connect and install a drainage pipe. You can also use another plastic bucket to make a water storage tank, use PVC pipe fittings to make a showerhead, and install a valve switch, etc.
• Wall-mounted Urinal: First, process the cut plastic bucket. Mark a trapezoidal line on the water outlet area with a marker pen, and use an angle grinder to cut along the marked line to form a urinal opening. Sand the cut edge with sandpaper. Then, make a flushing system. First, connect a pipe cap at one end of a water pipe and a cleanout adapter at the other end to form a funnel structure and fill it with sand. Remove the cleanout adapter and install another pipe cap. Use a hot air blower to heat the water pipe and bend it into an arc shape. Use a hole-opening tool to make a row of holes on the water pipe to form a flushing valve. Connect arc-shaped water pipes on both sides of a tee. Apply glue on the upper part of the urinal and the inside of the urinal outlet interface, and fix the flushing valve and connect the water outlet. Paint the urinal white, fix the urinal under the sink with screws, and connect the water outlet of the urinal to the drainage port with a water pipe.
