Pinggu Mobile Toilet Rental Process
Admin September 20, 2026
The Pinggu mobile toilet rental process mainly includes eight steps: demand communication, proposal quotation, order confirmation, preparation and delivery, on-site installation, rental service, expiration recovery, and settlement closure.

- Demand Communication: Customers need to clearly inform the usage scenario, such as whether it is for a construction site, a large event venue, or other locations; the rental duration, accurate to the number of days; the quantity of mobile toilets required; functional requirements, such as whether a sink is needed or if there are special sanitation requirements; and provide the location information of the site for subsequent transportation and installation arrangements.
- Proposal Quotation: Based on the customer's requirements, the rental company recommends suitable toilet types, such as ordinary single-unit mobile toilets or luxury mobile toilets. It calculates various costs, including rental fees, transportation fees, and installation fees, and provides the customer with a detailed written quotation to ensure clarity on all cost items.
- Order Confirmation: After the customer approves the rental plan and quotation, both parties sign a rental contract. The contract should clearly outline the rights and responsibilities of both parties, such as the rental company being responsible for the maintenance and repair of the mobile toilets, and the customer being responsible for proper use and avoiding intentional damage. Additionally, the customer needs to pay a certain percentage of the deposit to ensure the order takes effect.
- Preparation and Delivery: The rental company prepares clean and functional mobile toilets according to the agreed time and arranges suitable transportation vehicles to deliver them to the customer's designated site.
- On-site Installation: Upon arrival at the site, the staff will arrange the mobile toilets according to the actual site conditions. If necessary, they will also secure the mobile toilets to prevent movement during use and conduct basic functional tests to ensure all functions operate normally.
- Rental Service: During the rental period, the rental company will regularly clean the mobile toilets and replenish consumables such as toilet paper and hand soap according to the contract. If any malfunctions occur, they will promptly arrange for repair personnel to fix them to ensure the normal use of the mobile toilets.
- Expiration Recovery: After the rental period ends, the staff will remove the securing devices from the mobile toilets and transport them back for subsequent cleaning and maintenance.
- Settlement Closure: The rental company will verify all costs incurred during the rental period, such as any additional service fees or damage compensation fees caused by the customer. After deducting the corresponding fees, it will refund the remaining deposit to the customer, completing the entire rental transaction.
