Pinggu Mobile Toilet Fecal Treatment

Admin October 05, 2026

The fecal treatment of mobile toilets in Pinggu adopts a variety of integrated technological solutions, with specific methods determined based on usage scenarios and requirements. Common methods include biodegradation, physical separation, collection and transportation, and chemical decomposition, while also emphasizing water conservation and resource recycling.

1. Biodegradation Technology
In areas far from fixed sewage networks (such as wilderness or remote scenic spots), aerobic microbial treatment technology is preferred. By maintaining an appropriate temperature in a temperature-controlled tank, microorganisms decompose the organic matter in feces into carbon dioxide and water. This process requires precise control of oxygen supply and humidity to ensure microbial activity and achieve harmless treatment. This method does not require an external sewage network and is suitable for decentralized scenarios, but it requires regular equipment maintenance and replenishment of microbial inoculants.

2. Physical Separation Technology
Physical encapsulation and dehydration of excreta are carried out using biodegradable films. After the film wraps the feces, mechanical squeezing or natural dehydration reduces the volume, lowering subsequent transportation costs and avoiding secondary pollution. The treated solid residues can be further composted or landfilled, while the liquid portion needs to be collected separately. This technology is suitable for scenarios with high environmental protection requirements, such as ecological protection zones or temporary event venues.

3. Collection and Transportation Method
Standalone mobile toilets are usually equipped with detachable fecal storage buckets or plastic bags, which require regular manual cleaning and transportation to designated treatment points (such as sewage treatment plants or fecal treatment stations). For large-scale events, row-mounted mobile toilets are connected to underground fecal storage tanks through pipelines, and professional fecal suction trucks are used for centralized pumping and transportation. This method relies on manual or mechanical cleaning and transportation, suitable for short-term, high-traffic scenarios, but it is necessary to ensure that the cleaning frequency matches the fecal storage capacity to avoid overflow.

4. Chemical Decomposition Method
Blue or green chemical agents are added to decompose feces, inhibit bacterial growth, and reduce odors. The disinfectant components in the agents can quickly kill pathogens, but the treated wastewater contains chemicals and needs to be disposed of as hazardous waste and not discharged arbitrarily. This method is suitable for scenarios with extremely high hygiene requirements and short treatment cycles (such as medical emergency toilets), but long-term use is costly and requires strict management of wastewater.

Water Conservation and Resource Recycling
Pinggu mobile toilets also adopt air-flush or vacuum-flush systems to reduce water consumption through high-pressure air or vacuum suction, with single-flush water consumption as low as below 0.5 liters. Some systems integrate urine separation devices to separate urine from solid feces for separate treatment. After simple disinfection, the urine can be used for agricultural irrigation or nutrient recovery, further achieving resource recycling.
