Pingdu Mobile Toilet Installation
The installation of mobile toilets in Pingdu requires meeting the following basic foundation requirements:

1. Load-bearing capacity
The foundation must have sufficient load-bearing capacity to support the weight of the mobile toilet and prevent sinking or tilting. Lightweight mobile toilets typically require a foundation load-bearing capacity of around 100 kPa, while large combined toilets require higher values determined by specific types, sizes, and usage loads. Insufficient foundation load-bearing capacity may lead to structural deformation or damage to connecting components of the toilet.
2. Flatness
The foundation surface should be flat, with an error controlled within no more than 20 mm per square meter. If the flatness exceeds the standard, issues such as shaking and loosening of connecting parts may occur after installation, affecting usage safety and equipment lifespan. During construction, a level should be used for detection, and the surface height difference should be adjusted through compaction or filling.
3. Stability
The foundation site should avoid areas prone to geological disasters (such as landslides and mudslide areas). If the foundation is soft soil (such as silt or backfill), measures such as replacement, compaction, or reinforcement should be taken to improve its density and prevent toilet tilting due to foundation settlement after long-term use. For example, when the soft soil layer is thick, the surface soft soil can be excavated and replaced with gravel or concrete.
4. Size requirements
The foundation size should be slightly larger than the bottom outline of the mobile toilet, with a reserved space of at least 20-30 cm around it to facilitate position adjustment during installation and subsequent maintenance (such as cleaning sewage pipes and inspecting equipment). Insufficient reserved space may increase construction difficulty or limit maintenance operations.
5. Surface quality
The foundation surface should be solid and crack-free to prevent crack expansion from affecting load-bearing capacity. During construction, floating soil and debris on the surface should be removed, and the integrity of the concrete or brick-stone structure should be checked. If cracks are found, they should be repaired through grouting or re-pouring to ensure surface continuity.
6. Anti-corrosion treatment (special environments)
In corrosive environments such as coastal areas, the foundation should undergo anti-corrosion treatment. For example, corrosion-resistant materials (such as epoxy resin coatings) can be used or the thickness of the concrete protective layer can be increased to prevent steel bar corrosion or concrete spalling caused by seawater erosion and extend the foundation's service life.
Installation recommendations
Although the installation of mobile toilets is relatively simple, to ensure safety and normal operation, it is recommended to be carried out by professionals. Professional teams can adjust the construction plan based on on-site geological conditions and strictly test various foundation indicators to avoid subsequent problems caused by improper construction.
