Personalized Container Finished Housing
Personalized container finished housing is achieved through modular design, using containers as the basic units, which can be combined, modified, and decorated to form fully functional and diverse living spaces.

I. Modular Combination Methods
Personalized container finished housing uses standard containers as the basic units, expanding usable space through horizontal and vertical combinations. Vertically, they can be stacked up to three floors to form multi-story building structures; horizontally, by connecting multiple containers, large-span, open layouts can be achieved to meet spatial needs in different scenarios. This combination method is highly flexible, allowing for rapid adjustments to building forms based on terrain and functional requirements.
II. Construction Process
- Structural Modification: The containers are segmented and cut, with aluminum alloy windows, glass doors, and other openings installed to optimize lighting and ventilation. Internally, light steel studs are fixed along the container's iron skin through drilling, forming a support framework that provides a foundation for subsequent concealed works.
- Concealed Works: Indoor plumbing and electrical wiring are completed within the light steel stud framework, with positions reserved for switches and sockets. Exhaust pipes are extended outdoors to ensure complete living functionality. After plumbing and electrical work, the ceiling is primed with foam boards, covered with oriented strand boards, and waterproofed with torch-applied roll roofing to prevent leaks.
- Interior Decoration: The inner side of the studs is filled with foam adhesive to enhance sound insulation and thermal insulation properties. The outer layer is finished with high-density decorative paper, then covered with gypsum boards. Spackling and latex paint are applied to create a smooth wall surface. The floor can be laid with flooring or tiles according to needs.
- Exterior Treatment: The container's outer framework is wrapped with specially made panels to improve aesthetics and durability. Steel frames are added around the windows to create leisure areas (such as balconies or terraces), expanding functionality.
III. Style and Functional Optimization
- Modern Style Creation: RTboard panels, metal exteriors, and weathering steel are used in combination, preserving the original texture of the containers while imparting a refined aesthetic through material contrasts.
- Environmental Adaptability Design:
- Cold-Resistant Container Houses: By optimizing insulation layers and heating systems, indoor warmth is maintained in extremely cold environments.
- Assembled Houses: Support personalized customization of layouts and decorations, with strong adaptability to different climates and terrains.
- Light Steel Modular Products: Feature earthquake and wind resistance, fire and thermal insulation, with short construction periods.
- LR Series Modular Buildings: Integrate high-strength structures with excellent temperature regulation and sound insulation properties, requiring no on-site assembly and ready for immediate use.
Personalized container finished housing achieves a balance of functionality, aesthetics, and efficiency through the combination of modular design, standardized processes, and customized decorations, making it suitable for a variety of scenarios including residential, commercial, and tourism applications.
