Pengzhou Intelligent Mobile Environmental Toilet
Admin September 28, 2026
Pengzhou has rich practical experience and technological innovation achievements in intelligent mobile environmental toilets.

Practical Applications
Pengzhou Comprehensive Administrative Law Enforcement Bureau procured the 5G Smart Easy Station Mobile Public Toilet Project, with Chengdu Keao Yichuang Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. as the winning bidder. The procured mobile public toilets are equipped with various advanced facilities, such as facial recognition paper dispensers, which facilitate paper dispensing for users while avoiding waste; vacuum seated collection devices that effectively collect excreta; and smart toilet terminals that enable multiple intelligent management functions.
Technological Innovations
- Materials and Structure: The new generation of intelligent mobile environmental toilets adopts military-grade aluminum alloy frames in terms of materials, with a tensile strength of 350MPa, 50% higher than that of ordinary aluminum alloys. Combined with surface anodizing treatment, they can resist corrosion from salt spray and acid rain. In practical applications in northern coastal rural areas, their service life has been extended from 5 years to over 15 years. The structural design, through finite element analysis technology, has increased the strength of key nodes by 3 times, enabling them to withstand 10-meter high-altitude drop tests and 12-level typhoons. Moreover, the lightweight design has reduced the self-weight by 30%, saving transportation costs.
- Environmental Adaptability: They perform excellently in response to the environmental characteristics of different regions. In northern cold regions, the combination of double-layer vacuum glass and graphene heating film can maintain a constant cabin temperature of over 15℃ at -30℃. In southern humid environments, the IP65 waterproof standard ensures the safety of internal circuits under heavy rain. In high-altitude areas, customized cabins tested at an altitude of 4,500 meters can maintain an oxygen concentration of over 21% inside the cabin, reducing the incidence of altitude sickness by 60%. In terms of energy, they adopt a dual-mode power supply system of solar panels and diesel generators, supporting 72 hours of off-grid operation.
- Smart Management: They integrate IoT sensors to achieve real-time monitoring of parameters such as temperature, humidity, ammonia concentration, and water level. When the ammonia concentration exceeds the standard, the system automatically activates the exhaust fan. When the sewage tank is nearly full, it automatically sends a warning to maintenance personnel, reducing labor input by over 30%. In a field test at Danjingshan Scenic Area in Pengzhou, Chengdu, mobile toilets using biodegradation sewage discharge technology still had an odor concentration below the national standard of 0.05mg/m³ after three months of use, achieving zero complaints.
