This design enables the layer boards to be tightly connected via the hollow columns, forming a stable overall structure that can effectively bear the weight of the prefabricated components and ensure safety during transportation.
• L-shaped Support Plates and Support Pads: L-shaped support plates are installed on the inner sides of two hollow columns arranged side by side. Support pads are installed on both the layer boards and the L-shaped support plates. The four L-shaped support plates on the same horizontal plane can be used to place assembled prefabricated composite slabs. The support pads increase the friction between the prefabricated components and prevent them from sliding during transportation. They also serve as a buffer, reducing damage to the components during transportation.

Usage Tips

When using this transport rack, assemble it in the correct order to ensure that all components are firmly connected. When placing the prefabricated components, place them steadily on the L-shaped support plates and ensure full contact between the components and the support pads. During transportation, regularly check whether the connection parts of the transport rack are loose to ensure transportation safety.

For the transportation of prefabricated components, it is advisable to use low-bed trailers. These vehicles should be equipped with special racks and reliable measures for stabilizing the components.
