Partition Container House Design Drawing

Admin September 17, 2026

Currently, there are no directly available design drawings for partition container houses, but text references can be provided based on relevant design ideas.

Common Partition Design Methods

  • Double-layer Partition Design: Custom office and residential containers often adopt double-layer partition designs. A partition is added in the middle of the container's interior, dividing the originally single space into two separate rooms. This design method effectively improves space utilization and meets different functional requirements. For example, one room can serve as an office area, while the other can be used as a rest area, achieving separation of office and living functions without interference.
  • Open Storage Space Partition: For smaller container spaces, such as a 15㎡ container, an integrated design optimization approach can be used. Traditional fixed furniture like bedside tables can be removed to create open storage spaces as partitions. This partition method not only increases storage capacity but also divides the space to some extent, making the layout more reasonable. For instance, in a bedroom area, open storage spaces can be used to place clothing, books, and other items, while also separating the sleeping area from other areas.

Partition Material Selection

  • Lightweight Panels: Materials such as gypsum boards and calcium silicate boards are lightweight and do not add excessive burden to the container structure. They also have good sound insulation and thermal insulation properties, effectively improving the living environment inside the container. Moreover, lightweight panels are easy to construct and can be cut and installed according to design requirements, making them suitable for making partition walls.
  • Glass: Glass partitions offer advantages such as good transparency and aesthetic appeal, increasing the sense of openness and lighting effects in the space. Different types of glass, such as ordinary glass, frosted glass, or artistic glass, can be selected and combined according to actual needs. For example, using frosted glass partitions between office and rest areas can ensure a certain level of privacy while allowing light to pass through, making the space brighter.

Key Points of Detail Design

  • Improvement of the Inner Side of Container Doors: Wooden veneers and shelves can be installed on the inner side of container doors to increase the warmth and practicality of the space. Wooden veneers enhance the texture inside the container, while shelves can be used to place frequently used items such as keys and bags for easy access.
  • Ventilation and Lighting: When designing partitions, full consideration should be given to ventilation and lighting issues. Avoid partitions completely blocking windows or vents to ensure air circulation and sufficient light entry into the interior. Hollow designs or the installation of vents can be used to solve ventilation and lighting problems.
