Panshi Mobile Toilet Installation

Admin September 23, 2026

The installation of Panshi mobile toilets requires selecting appropriate foundation conditions and construction specifications based on their types (general mobile toilets, steel-structure mobile toilets, and waterless mobile toilets). The core requirements include load-bearing capacity, flatness, stability, and structural adaptability.

I. Foundation Requirements for General Mobile Toilets

  1. Load-Bearing Capacity: The foundation must be determined according to the toilet type. Lightweight mobile toilets require a foundation bearing capacity of ≥100 kPa, while large modular toilets require higher values, which must be calculated based on the toilet's self-weight, usage load, and dimensions to prevent sinking or tilting.
  2. Flatness: The foundation surface error must be ≤20 mm/㎡ to avoid toilet shaking or loosening of connecting parts after installation due to uneven ground, which affects safety and lifespan.
  3. Stability: Avoid areas prone to geological disasters such as landslides and mudslides; soft soil foundations require improvement through replacement or compaction to ensure long-term stability.
  4. Dimensions and Surface Quality: The foundation dimensions should be slightly larger than the toilet's base outline, with space reserved around for installation and maintenance; the surface must be solid and crack-free to prevent crack propagation and reduced load-bearing capacity.
  5. Corrosion Protection: In corrosive environments such as coastal areas, the foundation must use corrosion-resistant materials or coatings to prevent seawater erosion and structural damage.

II. Adaptability of Steel-Structure Mobile Toilets

Steel-structure toilets use high-strength steel frames, offering resistance to wind and snow loads, and extend lifespan through hot-dip galvanizing or anti-rust coatings. Their bottom support systems can be equipped with adjustable feet or rollers, requiring higher foundation flatness, but can adapt to slightly uneven ground through adjustment devices; if the foundation bearing capacity is insufficient, reinforcement is needed to match the steel strength.

III. Special Requirements for Waterless Mobile Toilets

Waterless toilets (biodegradable, waterless flush, and incineration types) typically feature steel/aluminum alloy frames with fiberglass, stainless steel, or high-strength plastic cladding, being lightweight but requiring high sealing performance. The foundation must ensure a dry surface without water accumulation to prevent moisture damage to the waste treatment system; for incineration types, ventilation space must be reserved and kept away from flammable materials, while the foundation bearing capacity must meet the vibration demands of equipment operation.

Summary: Before installing Panshi mobile toilets, the toilet type must be clarified, with priority given to testing foundation bearing capacity and flatness; special treatment is required for soft soil or corrosive environments; steel-structure and waterless toilets must focus on structural adaptability and sealing performance to ensure safety and normal functionality.
