Structure of Packaged Mobile Toilets
The structure of packaged mobile toilets features modularity, convenience, and functionality, with its core components divided into five main modules: frame structure, exterior decoration, interior decoration, facility configuration, and sewage treatment.

1. Frame Structure The frame of a packaged mobile toilet typically employs a 2.5-millimeter-thick packing-box frame, primarily made of high-strength steel or aluminum alloy. This modular assembly forms a stable support system. The frame design balances lightweight construction with load-bearing capacity, allowing for rapid assembly and disassembly, facilitating transportation and reuse. Some models feature adjustable feet to accommodate uneven terrain.
2. Exterior Decoration The exterior is predominantly painted in a uniform white finish, treated for corrosion resistance, ensuring weather durability and ease of cleaning. The white design not only enhances visual cleanliness but also reflects sunlight to reduce internal temperatures. Premium models incorporate dark-colored trim around door frames or vents to enhance structural layering.
3. Interior Decoration Interior decoration prioritizes practicality and durability:
- Ceiling: Utilizes an integrated ceiling system, often made of PVC or aluminum panels, offering moisture and fire resistance while concealing piping.
- Flooring: Features dark gray anti-slip tiles with textured surfaces to prevent water accumulation and slipping. The joints between tiles and the frame are sealed to block odors.
- Walls: Some models use fire-resistant boards or metal composite panels, providing a smooth, easy-to-clean surface. Soundproofing cotton may be added in certain areas to reduce noise.
4. Facility Configuration The layout is clearly divided, with flexible facility arrangements:
- Handwashing Area: Often located centrally at the entrance, equipped with two ceramic basins and sensor-activated faucets to conserve water.
- Men's Restroom: The left section typically includes three urinals with partitions approximately 1.2 meters high for privacy. Some models feature an additional mop sink near the entrance for storing cleaning tools.
- Universal Restroom: The right section contains five independent squat toilets, each with a door lock and vent. Inside, energy-efficient flush tanks and ceramic storage units are installed, with adjustable flush volumes to reduce water consumption.
- Ventilation System: Ventilation louvers are installed on the top or sides, working with internal exhaust fans to create airflow and effectively remove odors. Some models combine natural and mechanical ventilation.
- Lighting System: An energy-saving light switch is located at the entrance, with LED lighting inside for uniform illumination and low power consumption.
5. Sewage Treatment Utilizes dry-packing treatment technology, with the key advantage of requiring no external water, electricity, or sewage pipes:
- Feces enter biodegradable or plastic bags through ceramic storage units, with regular bag replacement enabling pollution-free disposal.
- Urine is collected through separate pipes into sealed containers, with some models featuring urine concentration devices to reduce volume.
- Ready for immediate use upon placement, suitable for temporary sites without infrastructure, such as outdoor events or disaster relief scenarios.
