Interior of Packaged Mobile Toilets
Admin September 27, 2026
The interior facilities of packaged mobile toilets (container restrooms) are designed with practicality, durability, and ease of maintenance as core principles, and can be categorized into the following four types:

1. Core Sanitary Fixtures
- Toilet System: The mainstream configurations are direct-discharge or vacuum toilet systems. Direct-discharge toilets require connection to municipal sewage pipes or septic tanks and are suitable for areas with a sewage network. Vacuum toilets use negative pressure suction for efficient water conservation (0.5-1 liters per flush), making them ideal for remote areas without sewage networks. Some high-end models feature ceramic squat or sit toilets with automatic flush sensors for enhanced convenience.
- Sink: Standard configurations include stainless steel or ceramic sinks with hot and cold water mixing taps. Hot water systems typically use 6-10 liter electric water heaters or instant heaters to meet usage needs under different climatic conditions.
- Urinal: For men's restrooms or large restrooms, sensor-flush urinals are installed to reduce contact contamination and improve hygiene through automatic sensing.
2. Auxiliary Functions and Facilities
- Lighting and Ventilation: LED moisture-proof lights (brightness ≥ 300Lux) and powerful exhaust fans (air exchange rate ≥ 40m³/h) are used to ensure sufficient interior lighting, air circulation, and prevent odor buildup.
- Mirrors and Storage: Anti-fog mirrors, stainless steel hooks, shelves, and toilet paper holders are provided to meet users' temporary storage needs.
- Flooring and Walls: The floor uses slip-resistant, waterproof PVC flooring or epoxy flooring, while the walls are made of integrated fiberglass-reinforced plastic (FRP) or high-strength metal panels with sealed joints for easy cleaning and corrosion resistance.
- Temperature Control System: In cold regions, thermal insulation layers and electric heaters or warm air blowers (power 500-1000W) are standard to ensure interior temperatures do not fall below 5°C in winter, preventing equipment damage from freezing.
3. Extended Configurations (Customizable)
- Accessibility Features: Wider doors (≥ 90cm), accessibility handrails, low-position sinks, and specialized toilets are provided to meet the needs of disabled individuals or those with mobility impairments.
- Smart Systems: Integrated automatic soap dispensers, hand dryers, smart toilet seats (with heating and flushing functions), and remote monitoring systems (to monitor toilet occupancy, consumable levels, and wastewater tank levels) enhance management efficiency.
- Wastewater Collection System: In areas without sewage access, a 500-1000 liter wastewater collection tank is integrated at the bottom, equipped with a level alarm. Sewage trucks perform regular collection to prevent overflow.
4. Industry Standard Requirements
According to the CJ/T 132-2018 Integrated Toilets standard, interior facilities must meet the following requirements:
- All faucets and valves must be water-saving products.
- Electrical equipment must have an IPX4 waterproof rating.
- Interior ceiling height must be no less than 2.0 meters.
- Door locks must have anti-lockout features to ensure safety.
Users can choose from basic, comfort, or luxury configurations based on the number of users, frequency of use, and environmental conditions (such as climate and sewage network availability).
