Packaged Mobile Toilet Configuration

Admin September 28, 2026

The configuration of packaged mobile toilets covers six main aspects: core sanitary fixtures, auxiliary functional facilities, standard configurations, optional configurations, material structures, and technical types, as detailed below:

1. Core Sanitary Fixture Configuration

  • Toilet System: The mainstream configurations are direct-discharge or vacuum toilet systems. High-end models use ceramic squat or sit toilets equipped with automatic flush sensors for touchless operation.
  • Sink: Standard configurations include stainless steel or ceramic sinks paired with hot and cold water mixing taps. Hot water supply relies on electric water heaters or instant water heaters to meet usage needs under different climatic conditions.
  • Urinal: For men's restrooms or large restrooms, sensor-flush urinals are added, controlling water flow through infrared sensors to reduce contact contamination risks.

2. Auxiliary Functions and Facilities

  • Lighting and Ventilation: LED moisture-proof lighting provides ample illumination, while powerful exhaust fans ensure air circulation to prevent odor buildup.
  • Mirrors and Storage: Anti-fog mirrors are provided to address mirror blurring caused by temperature differences. Stainless steel hooks, shelves, and toilet paper holders enhance convenience.
  • Flooring and Walls: The flooring uses slip-resistant, waterproof PVC or epoxy flooring, while the walls are constructed from integrated fiberglass or high-strength metal panels with sealed joints to prevent leakage.
  • Temperature Control System: In cold regions, thermal insulation layers and electric heaters or warm air blowers are standard to ensure interior temperatures do not fall below 5°C in winter, preventing equipment damage from freezing.

3. Standard Configurations These include stainless steel or ceramic toilets (urinals), coat hooks, vanity mirrors, waste bins, lighting fixtures, stainless steel handrails, exhaust fans, door locks, occupancy indicator lights (locks), and toilet paper holders, meeting basic usage needs.

4. Optional Configurations

  • Accessibility Features: Widening doors (≥90cm), accessibility handrails, low-position sinks, and specialized toilets facilitate use by individuals with disabilities.
  • Smart Systems: Automatic soap dispensers, hand dryers, smart toilet seats (with heating and flushing functions), and remote monitoring systems enhance hygiene management and user experience.
  • Sewage Collection System: When no sewage disposal is available, integrated sewage collection tanks at the bottom of the container are equipped with liquid level alarms to prevent overflow.
  • Others: Smart toilet systems, central heating and cooling air conditioners, air purifiers, freeze protection systems, background music, and water-saving faucets can be customized according to scenario requirements.

5. Material and Structure

  • Main Structure: Constructed using national standard light steel keel welding to meet overall hoisting requirements, facilitating transportation and installation.
  • Exterior Wall Materials: Options include glass curtain walls, color steel plates, metal carved plates, anti-corrosion wood, corrugated plates, or aluminum-plastic plates to suit different environmental needs.
  • Interior Decoration: Three styles are offered: simple, practical, and luxurious, meeting customers' personalized needs.

6. Technical Types These include foam sealing type, water-free packaging type, water-saving flush type, water-free rechargeable type, microbial type, and circulating water flush type, which can be flexibly selected based on usage scenarios, environmental requirements, and water resource conditions.
