What Are the Features of Packable Box-Type Container Houses
Packable container houses consist of a top frame assembly, a bottom frame assembly, corner posts, and multiple interchangeable wall panels. Using modular design concepts and production technology, a container house is modularized into standard components that can be assembled on-site or lifted into place at the destination. With the box as the basic unit, the structure uses special cold-formed galvanized steel members, and all enclosure and insulation materials are non-combustible. Plumbing, heating, electrical systems, finishes, and supporting functions are all prefabricated in the factory—no secondary construction is needed. On-site assembly or whole-unit lifting into place is enough to move in. Units can be used alone or combined horizontally and vertically to create spacious rooms and multi-story layouts.
Features of packable container houses 1. Packable container house units are standardized in size. Because they need to support sea-land intermodal transport, external dimensions are strictly limited; aside from a few specially customized containers, most container sizes are uniformly standardized. 2. Packable container house structures are stable and safe, typically guaranteeing a structural service life of more than ten years. With good maintenance or when combined with concrete and other structures, they can last even longer. 3. Flexibility of packable container houses: their advantage is construction flexibility. When local renovation is needed, units can be replaced with new ones; when relocation or demolition is required, they can be conveniently disassembled as a whole and rebuilt elsewhere.
