How to Use Water in Outdoor Mobile Toilets
The water usage methods for outdoor mobile toilets vary depending on the type, as detailed below:

Plastic Mobile Toilets
- Prepare tools and materials: You will need hoses, faucets, buckets, water pumps, and other tools and materials.
- Determine water inlet points: There are typically two types of water inlet points: those for the flush tank and those for the sink. The flush tank inlet is used for flushing the toilet, while the sink inlet is for handwashing and cleaning. Choose the appropriate inlet point based on actual needs.
- Connect the hose: Attach the hose to the faucet, ensuring a tight connection to prevent leaks. If the water source is far away, use a water pump to draw water and ensure it flows smoothly into the toilet.
- Turn on the water source: Open the faucet or start the water pump to allow water to flow into the mobile toilet.
- Adjust the water flow: Control the water flow rate and intensity using the faucet switch or regulating valve. For the flush tank inlet, adjust the water level to meet different flushing needs; for the sink inlet, adjust the water flow rate for convenience.
- Check the water flow: Ensure that the water flows smoothly without any leaks. If abnormalities are found, such as hose leaks or poor water flow, repair or replace the relevant equipment and components promptly.
Portable Mobile Toilets
These toilets have an internal water tank that, when filled, produces a certain flushing effect. After use, press the buckle to remove the relevant components, and the black water tank at the bottom can be moved to facilitate emptying the sewage.
Mobile Water-Flush Toilets
Some models require an external water source, while portable versions can be manually filled with water. After use, press the flush button or pull the handle, and the water in the tank will flush the toilet bowl through pipes. The waste and water mixture is then flushed into a sealed storage tank below or directly into a sewage treatment pipe. Some high-end models are equipped with a recirculating water system that filters and reuses water, improving water resource utilization.
Mobile Public Toilets
- Button-operated flushing: Find the flush button marked with prominent text or icons in the public toilet and press it gently to flush. Some mobile public toilets also have large and small flush buttons, allowing you to choose the appropriate flushing method based on the actual situation to save water.
- Sensor-operated flushing: Triggered by infrared or human body sensors. Bring your hand or part of your body close to the sensor area, such as the side of the toilet bowl or in front of the black button, and wait a few seconds for the water to flush out automatically.
- Other flushing methods: Smart toilets may be equipped with an automatic flushing function that activates when you leave the seat; foot-operated flushing has a sensor area on the outside of the toilet bowl that triggers flushing with a gentle kick.
