Outdoor Mobile Toilet Fixed Base
Common types of outdoor mobile toilet fixed bases include angle iron frame bases, stainless steel bases, and fiberglass reinforced plastic (FRP) bases, with their design features and functions as follows:

Angle Iron Frame Base: It uses an L4×L4 angle iron frame as the main structure, with a plate sandwiched in the middle to form a support framework. This design fully utilizes the high load-bearing capacity of angle steel, enabling stable support for the toilet's main structure, especially suitable for scenarios requiring high load-bearing capacity. The intermediate plate not only enhances the overall structural stability but also provides a flat installation surface for subsequent floor laying. The surface is usually covered with floor adhesive, whose anti-slip texture reduces the risk of slipping when people walk, while the moisture-proof layer effectively isolates ground moisture, preventing internal equipment from being damaged by moisture.
Stainless Steel Base: Made primarily of stainless steel, it is manufactured through one-piece molding or welding processes. Its core advantage lies in its anti-slip design, with the surface featuring anti-slip patterns formed through embossing or etching processes, maintaining friction even in wet conditions. Additionally, stainless steel has excellent corrosion resistance, allowing it to remain rust-free when exposed to outdoor environments for extended periods. Installation does not require digging pits or constructing foundations; it can be directly placed on a flat surface for use, significantly shortening the construction period, especially suitable for rapid deployment in temporary events or emergency scenarios.
Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic (FRP) Base: It is made of colored reinforced FRP material through mold molding processes, featuring a smooth and flat surface. Its greatest advantage is its rust-proof nature, as the resin component in FRP completely isolates moisture and oxygen contact, fundamentally preventing rust. Meanwhile, this material has corrosion-resistant and durable properties, capable of resisting chemical corrosion from acids, alkalis, and salt spray, extending its service life. The base design supports multiple handling methods, including lifting, shoveling, and manual handling, offering high flexibility and suitability for complex terrains or scenarios requiring frequent movement.
Each of the three base types has its own focus: the angle iron frame base emphasizes high load-bearing capacity and moisture resistance, the stainless steel base highlights anti-slip properties and rapid installation, while the FRP base stands out for its corrosion resistance and handling convenience. In practical applications, a comprehensive choice should be made based on the usage scenario, budget, and maintenance requirements.
