Outdoor Mobile Toilet Design and Installation
The design and installation of outdoor mobile toilets encompass various forms and characteristics, with design including structural forms and modular design, and installation primarily relying on modular assembly.

Design Forms
- Structural Forms: Outdoor mobile toilets can be classified into single-structure mobile toilets and composite-structure mobile toilets based on their structural forms. Single-structure mobile toilets are relatively independent and have a simpler structure, suitable for scenarios with limited space or a low demand for toilet quantity, such as small outdoor event venues. Composite-structure mobile toilets, on the other hand, are composed of multiple parts, offering richer functionality to meet the usage needs of different groups of people. For example, in large outdoor exhibitions, composite-structure mobile toilets can provide more toilet stalls and more comprehensive facilities.
- Modular Design: Some outdoor mobile toilets adopt a modular design concept. The walls often use 50mm-thick sandwich panels, which have good thermal insulation, heat insulation, and sound insulation properties, effectively enhancing the comfort of use inside the toilet. The floor is made of non-slip patterned stainless steel or marble. Non-slip patterned stainless steel is wear-resistant, easy to clean, and has good non-slip properties, ensuring the safety of users; marble floors appear high-end and aesthetically pleasing. In terms of sanitary fixtures, various options such as sit-down toilets, squat toilets, and showers are provided, allowing for flexible configuration according to different usage scenarios and user needs. Additionally, there is a double-roof design, with the walls using thermally insulated metal carved panels for a color-block design, which not only enhances the thermal insulation effect of the toilet but also makes its appearance more beautiful and elegant, improving its overall image.
Installation Characteristics
Modular-designed assembled outdoor mobile toilets have the advantage of rapid on-site assembly. During the installation process, each module is pre-manufactured in the factory. The modules only need to be transported to the installation site and assembled according to the design drawings. This installation method significantly shortens the construction period, reduces the workload and difficulty of on-site construction, and also minimizes the impact on the surrounding environment. Moreover, the modular design makes it more convenient to disassemble and move the toilet. When the location of the outdoor event changes or the toilet needs to be upgraded, it can be easily disassembled and transported to a new location for reinstallation and use.
