Outdoor Mobile Toilet Chassis

Admin September 23, 2026

The design of the outdoor mobile toilet chassis focuses on flexible movement and rapid deployment, while also considering load-bearing, sewage discharge, leveling, and fixation functions. It mainly includes the following key designs:

1. Wheeled Chassis: Achieving Basic Mobility
Standard models typically use heavy-duty swivel or fixed casters with wheel diameters ranging from 200-400mm, primarily made of polyurethane or rubber. This design offers two main advantages: first, strong shock absorption, which buffers impacts from uneven ground; second, outstanding load-bearing capacity, with each caster capable of supporting 300-500 kilograms, meeting the needs of multiple users simultaneously. The wheeled chassis is suitable for hardened surfaces, concrete floors, or flat grassy areas, supporting manual pushing or slight movement. High-end models further optimize mobility efficiency by incorporating towing hooks, allowing short-distance towing by small forklifts, tractors, or pickup trucks, significantly reducing labor costs.

2. Lifting and Forklift Interfaces: Solving Long-Distance Transfer Challenges
To address the need for cross-site or obstacle搬运 (transportation) demands, the chassis generally includes pre-installed forklift slots (with opening dimensions of 140mm-200mm in height and width matching standard forklift tines) or lifting rings. For example, a 15-ton forklift can easily transport a standard mobile toilet measuring 1.2m×1.2m×2.3m. This design ensures seamless integration with handling equipment through standardized interfaces, guaranteeing stability and safety during long-distance transportation.

3. Load-Bearing and Sewage Discharge Design: Balancing Functionality and Practicality
The chassis must support internal fixtures, personnel weight, and the sewage collection tank, so it employs anti-slip flooring to enhance safety and includes reserved sewage discharge ports. Self-contained toilets typically have a sewage collection tank capacity of 200-400 liters, equipped with a trolley-style discharge port for easy movement to designated sewage disposal points. This design meets short-term usage needs while reducing maintenance complexity through a modular sewage system.

4. Leveling and Fixation Systems: Ensuring Operational Stability
The chassis is equipped with adjustable foot bolts (with a adjustment range of 50-100mm) for leveling after position adjustment, preventing tilting due to uneven ground. For temporary outdoor use, the chassis can be fixed using expansion bolts or screw piles (with lengths of 300-600mm), effectively resisting strong winds or accidental collisions and preventing displacement risks. This design balances deployment flexibility with operational safety.
