Outdoor Mobile Toilet Assembly Materials

Admin October 06, 2026

The assembly materials for outdoor mobile toilets mainly include high-density polyethylene (HDPE) panels, foam interlayers, color-coated steel sheets, plastic windows, metal frame materials, anti-corrosion wooden boards, PVC plastic panels, aluminum ceiling tiles, HPL high-pressure laminate panels, phenolic resin high-pressure panels, etc..

HDPE panels are commonly used for the main frame of outdoor mobile toilets. They are corrosion-resistant, UV-resistant, lightweight, and can adapt to temperature differences ranging from -40℃ to 60℃, providing stable and durable structural support for the toilet.

Foam interlayers are generally filled inside the toilet, with a thickness of about 5mm. They mainly serve to insulate and retain heat, while also reducing the risk of damage caused by collisions during transportation and protecting the internal facilities of the toilet.

Color-coated steel sheets are used for the outer casing trim, enhancing the overall structural stability and providing rust protection, thereby extending the service life of the toilet and enabling it to better withstand wind and rain erosion in outdoor environments.

Plastic windows ensure ventilation and lighting inside the toilet. Some models are also equipped with metal locks to ensure safety during use and prevent accidental opening or damage.

Metal frame materials, such as stainless steel and galvanized steel sheets, are used as basic structural materials. They are sturdy and durable, effectively resisting erosion from the external environment and providing reliable support frames for the toilet.

Anti-corrosion wooden boards, after special treatment, have excellent anti-corrosion properties and are particularly suitable for humid or rainy environments. They can be used for part of the structure or decoration of the toilet.

PVC plastic panels are waterproof and moisture-resistant, with a rich variety of colors and easy to clean. They can be used for walls or floors in the toilet, facilitating daily maintenance.

Aluminum ceiling tiles are moisture-resistant, impact-resistant, and stain-resistant, suitable for wall or ceiling decoration, enhancing the overall aesthetics and practicality of the toilet.

HPL high-pressure laminate panels are waterproof, stain-resistant, and wear-resistant, with a smooth and easy-to-clean surface. They are commonly used for countertops in the toilet, ensuring hygiene and convenience during use.

Phenolic resin high-pressure panels are molded in one piece, moisture-resistant, and stain-resistant. When used, they should be paired with high-quality hardware accessories to provide a stable structure and a good user experience for the toilet. These materials are selected according to actual needs and usage environments to ensure the practicality, durability, and aesthetics of the toilet.
