The specific distribution or configuration of mobile toilets in Ouhai Scenic Area has not been explicitly mentioned, but efforts have been made to advance the intelligent transformation and quality improvement of tourist toilets.

1. Intelligent Transformation Covers Some A-Grade Scenic Areas
In the 'Toilet Revolution,' Ouhai District has focused on promoting the intelligent upgrading of tourist toilets. For example, the public restroom in Xiuyu Mountain Park displays real-time information on toilet stall occupancy, odor detection values, and visitor traffic through a smart screen, and is equipped with an intelligent monitoring system, enhancing the visitor experience and management efficiency. Such transformations primarily target fixed tourist toilets and do not explicitly involve the configuration of mobile toilets.

2. Tourist Toilets in Scenic Areas Are Mainly Fixed Facilities
According to publicly available information, tourist toilets in A-grade scenic areas in Ouhai District (such as Cangnan Yuliao and Yucang Mountain) are mostly concentrated near visitor centers, main viewing platforms, and parking lots. Rest stops and viewing platforms along the 168 Golden Coastline are also generally equipped with fixed public restrooms. These facilities are designed for long-term use and do not mention mobile toilets as supplementary or temporary solutions.

3. Planning and Construction Do Not Involve Special Projects for Mobile Toilets
Ouhai District has promoted livelihood projects for the construction (renovation and expansion) of tourist toilets, but relevant planning documents and基层政务公开 (grassroots government affairs disclosure) information do not mention special layouts or procurement plans for mobile toilets. Mobile toilets are typically used for temporary events, emergency scenarios, or areas with sudden increases in visitor traffic. Currently, there is no evidence to suggest that Ouhai Scenic Area has incorporated them into regular service facilities.
