Original Mobile Toilet Installation

Admin September 21, 2026

The installation of an original mobile toilet should refer to the product manual or contact the supplier for specific guidance based on its type (such as single/composite structure, flush/non-flush). However, the general installation process for mobile toilets can serve as a partial reference, with the following specific steps:

  1. Check the Completeness of Accessories
Upon receiving the installation package, check the accessory list immediately to ensure all components are complete and undamaged. Common accessories include the toilet body, silicone anti-slip pads, upper and lower tank body buckles, flanges, angle valves, water inlet hoses, spray head tees, sealing gaskets, and spray head brackets. If any items are missing or damaged, contact the supplier promptly for replacement to avoid interruptions during subsequent installation.

  2. Basic Structure Assembly
The basic assembly steps may vary depending on the type of mobile toilet. For example, with a mobile toilet, embed the silicone anti-slip pads into the four corners of the bottom to enhance stability. If it is a split-type structure, align the buckles or threads of the upper and lower tanks and secure them by pressing or rotating to ensure a tight connection without looseness. For composite structure mobile toilets, pre-assembly of the frame or support components may be required, and it is essential to follow the instructions strictly.

  3. Pipe System Connection
Pipe connection is a core part of the installation, and sealing should be the primary focus. First, install the flange, aligning its center with the center of the drain pipe to avoid misalignment that could cause leaks. Then, install the angle valve, water inlet hose, and spray head tee in sequence. Use sealing gaskets at each connection point and tighten them to prevent leaks. If it is a flush-type mobile toilet, connect the sewage pipe and ensure a reasonable slope (usually not less than 2%) to ensure smooth drainage.

  4. Fixation and Function Testing
After completing the pipe connections, insert the spray head bracket into the top of the tee and adjust the angle to a comfortable position for use. Then, conduct a water test: open the water inlet valve, check for leaks at each connection point, and test the flushing function (such as whether the water pressure and volume meet the standards). If any abnormalities are found, investigate and repair them immediately. After passing the test, apply glue at the joints to enhance long-term stability.

Precautions:

  • The installation environment for mobile toilets should be kept dry and ventilated, avoiding long-term exposure to damp or corrosive environments.
  • If electrical components (such as intelligent flushing systems) are involved, they should be operated by professionals and properly grounded.
  • Regularly check the aging condition of seals and replace them promptly to prevent leaks.
