One-Story Prefabricated Assembled House

Admin September 19, 2026

One-story prefabricated assembled houses can achieve rapid construction through industrial production of components and on-site assembly, with some modular buildings being able to assemble one floor in an average of two days.

The construction method of prefabricated assembled houses differs from that of traditional buildings. It adopts an industrial production model, first prefabricating building components such as wall panels, floor slabs, and functional units in a factory, and then transporting these components to the construction site for assembly. This construction method offers significant speed advantages, especially evident in the construction of one-story buildings.

Take modular buildings as an example. They use standardized functional modules as basic units, completing most or all of the work, including structure, decoration, and equipment pipelines, in the factory to form space units with complete functions. At the construction site, these modules are precisely lifted and assembled using equipment such as cranes, with workers only needing to perform a small amount of operations such as screwing and connecting pipelines to complete the assembly. Data shows that modular buildings can assemble one floor in an average of two days, fully demonstrating their rapid construction characteristics.

Panel prefabricated buildings also have high construction efficiency. They use prefabricated wall panels and floor slabs as core components, combining these components through reliable connection methods to form the building structure. This construction method reduces the amount of on-site wet work and shortens the construction period. Relevant research indicates that the construction speed of panel prefabricated buildings can be increased by 50%-70%.

In addition, the rapid construction advantages of prefabricated assembled houses have been fully validated in actual projects. For example, in the Shenzhen Anju Jingxinyuan project, it took only 148 days from the lifting of the first module to the completion of the 30-story high-rise building with fine decoration, with the modular part being ready for delivery in 120 days, a 60% reduction compared to traditional construction periods. Although this project is a multi-story building, it also reflects the powerful capabilities of prefabricated assembled houses in rapid construction from the side, providing valuable insights for the construction of one-story buildings as well.
