On-site Mobile Toilet and Washing Facilities

Admin September 21, 2026

Setting up mobile toilets on-site can meet the needs of washing and using the toilet, and their configuration needs to be scientifically planned in combination with functional requirements and technical characteristics.

The composition of mobile toilets covers multiple functional modules, with core components including fecal sewage storage tanks (or disposal devices), floor slabs, sanitary ware, walls, washing equipment, water tanks, roofs, and mobile devices, etc.. Among them, the fecal sewage storage tank is used to collect excrement. Some models are equipped with solid-liquid separation devices, which can recycle the liquid part for toilet flushing after treatment, achieving efficient utilization of water resources; the solid part is reduced in volume and odor through biological degradation or chemical treatment. Washing equipment usually includes basic configurations such as sinks and faucets. Some products adopt a modular design and can flexibly adjust the layout according to the on-site space.

Environmental protection technology is an important upgrade direction for mobile toilets. Advanced models achieve the resource utilization of excrement through solid-liquid separation devices, such as using the treated liquid for toilet flushing to reduce fresh water consumption; at the same time, they integrate energy conversion technologies, such as using solar panels for power supply, reducing dependence on external energy sources. In terms of odor control, biological filter beds or activated carbon adsorption devices are used to effectively suppress odor diffusion and improve the user experience. In addition, mobile devices (such as wheeled chassis) enable the toilets to be quickly relocated, adapting to the dynamic needs of temporary events or construction sites.

The realization of washing functions needs to be combined with specific product types. There are various types of mobile sinks on the market, such as simple foldable models, which are suitable for scenarios such as rented houses, temporary kitchens, or balconies. They are characterized by being lightweight, easy to install, and low-cost. If long-term use is required on-site, integrated mobile toilets can be selected, which integrate the washing area and the toilet area, and are equipped with water storage tanks or connected to external water sources to ensure a stable supply of washing water. When configuring, it is necessary to consider the on-site space, the number of users, and drainage conditions: compact single rooms can be selected when space is limited, the number of toilet stalls needs to be increased when there are many users, and large-capacity sewage storage tanks need to be configured and cleaned regularly when there is no drainage system.

In conclusion, the washing function of on-site mobile toilets can be achieved through the reasonable configuration of washing equipment and environmental protection technologies. It is necessary to select product types according to actual needs, taking into account functionality, environmental protection, and cost-effectiveness.
