On-site Assembled Mobile Toilet
Admin September 28, 2026
On-site assembled mobile toilets are feasible, and there are already relevant examples.

A young man once made a portable toilet on-site using materials such as buckets. The specific production process is as follows:
- Base production: Install universal wheels on wooden boards to form the base. The presence of universal wheels allows the entire mobile toilet to be easily moved to different locations, meeting the usage requirements of various scenarios.
- Bucket body fixation: Place the cut buckets on the base and then fix the bucket bodies with wooden strips to ensure their stability on the base and prevent shaking or displacement during use.
- Entrance and exit production: Cut the buckets to create entrances and exits. Wrap and fix the cut edges with wooden boards. This not only ensures the neatness of the entrances and exits but also prevents the cut edges from scratching users while enhancing the structural stability.
- Bucket lid installation: Extend and heighten the buckets with aluminum-plastic panels and then install the bucket lids. Aluminum-plastic panels have the advantages of being lightweight, having high strength, and being corrosion-resistant. They can provide certain protection for the buckets and also facilitate the opening and closing of the lids.
- Wooden door installation: Process wooden doors from wood and install them on the door frames to provide a certain degree of privacy for the mobile toilet.
- Drainage system construction: After constructing the main frame, mark the hole positions at the bottom to connect the drainage pipes and install floor drains. Drill holes in the green buckets to install water pipe connectors. Use PVC pipes to splice and make showerheads and connect them to the water pipes. Drill holes in the middle of the base as the toilet downpipes and then install the toilets, etc. A well-designed drainage system ensures the normal use and hygiene of the mobile toilet.
In addition, mobile toilets are generally composed of fecal sewage storage tanks (or fecal sewage treatment devices), floor slabs, sanitary ware, walls, washing equipment, water tanks, roofs, mobile devices, etc. They can be classified according to structural forms, mobile methods, and sewage treatment methods. They have the advantages of being movable, combinable, and easy to transport. When designing, principles such as easy mobility and economic durability should be followed.
