Number of Mobile Toilets
The number of mobile toilets to be configured should be determined based on different scenarios and the scale of the number of people, as follows:

1. Small events (under 100 people) Suitable for small gatherings, community events, etc. It is recommended to configure 1-2 mobile toilets per 50 people:
- Under 50 people: One single-occupancy toilet can meet the demand;
- 50-100 people: It is recommended to configure two single-occupancy toilets or one double-occupancy toilet, while reserving one spare toilet to cope with emergencies (such as equipment failure or a temporary increase in the number of people).
2. Medium-sized events (100-500 people) Suitable for corporate annual meetings, small exhibitions, etc. Configure 2-3 toilets per 100 people, and consider the ratio of men to women and accessibility needs:
- 200-person event: It is recommended to have two double-occupancy toilets and one single-occupancy toilet;
- Over 300 people: The number of toilets needs to be increased to 4-5. The recommended ratio of men's to women's toilet stalls is 1:1.5, along with one accessible toilet.
3. Large events (over 500 people) Suitable for large-scale events such as music festivals and sports events. Configure 3-5 mobile toilets per 100 people, and adjust according to peak-hour demand:
- 1000-person event: It is recommended to configure three double-occupancy toilets, three single-occupancy toilets, and one accessible toilet;
- Peak hours: Temporary hand-washing stations or mobile toilets can be added to alleviate queuing pressure.
4. Special scenarios
- Long-term use scenarios such as construction sites and scenic spots: Configure one toilet per 30-50 people, and reserve 10% spare capacity to cope with equipment failure or a temporary increase in the number of people;
- Campsites: It is recommended to configure one toilet per 20 people, and it is better to have shower rooms as well. Similarly, reserve 10% spare capacity;
- Event planning reference: You can also estimate according to the general standard of configuring one toilet stall per 150-200 people based on the total number of people and the duration. For example, for a 3000-person event, calculating at one toilet stall per 200 people, about 15 toilet stalls are needed, that is, at least 1-2 groups of medium-to-large mobile public toilets.
Configuration principles: It is necessary to comprehensively consider the event type, duration, crowd characteristics (such as the ratio of men to women and special needs), and site conditions to ensure that the number of toilets is sufficient and reasonably distributed, avoiding waste of resources or insufficient supply.
