Nu Jiang Mobile Toilet Installation
The installation process of mobile toilets in Nu Jiang mainly includes three steps: the preparation stage, frame assembly, and detail handling and finishing work.

Preparation Stage: This is the foundational part of the installation and requires careful attention. First, confirm the installation location. The ground must be level and able to bear the weight of the mobile toilet, which is crucial for ensuring the toilet's stability. At the same time, check that the sewage pipes are unobstructed and that the ground is level. These conditions must be met; otherwise, they will affect the normal use of the toilet. Next, select the appropriate model and configuration of the mobile toilet according to actual needs, such as the packing-type or microbial degradation-type sewage disposal methods. Different sewage disposal methods are suitable for different scenarios. The packing-type is suitable for areas with inconvenient sewage disposal, while the microbial degradation-type is more environmentally friendly. Additionally, prepare the required tools and materials, such as screwdrivers, wrenches, screws, and nuts, and pay attention to protecting the surrounding environment and personnel safety to avoid unnecessary damage or injuries during the installation process.
Frame Assembly: Start building the overall frame structure at the determined location. First, fix the base to the ground to ensure its stability. Then, connect the right-side panel, left-side panel, and front-side wall panels in sequence and tighten the screws to ensure the stability of the entire frame. Next, install the upper slots to support the top components and install ventilation louvers to enhance air circulation and improve the air quality inside the toilet. Finally, cover the roof to complete the construction of the entire structure. During the assembly process, pay special attention to the sealing and firmness of the joints between components to prevent problems such as water leakage and air leakage.
Detail Handling and Finishing Work: Clean and tidy up the inside and outside of the entire toilet to remove dust and debris generated during the installation process and make the toilet look clean. Check and tighten all bolts and nuts to prevent loosening and falling off, which could affect normal use or pose safety hazards. At the same time, take daily maintenance measures, such as regularly checking the sewage pipes and cleaning the inside of the toilet, to extend the service life of the mobile toilet.
