Northern Mobile Toilet
The northern mobile toilet is a mobile sanitation facility specifically designed to adapt to cold weather, featuring thermal insulation, durability, and energy efficiency.

Wall Thermal Insulation Design: To cope with cold climates, the northern mobile toilet incorporates specialized thermal insulation treatment within its walls. This design effectively reduces the loss of indoor heat, maintaining a relatively stable temperature inside the toilet, even in low-temperature environments, providing users with a relatively comfortable experience. Some toilets also use thermal-insulating metal carved panels as wall materials, which not only offer good thermal insulation properties but also have a certain decorative effect, enhancing the overall aesthetic appeal of the toilet.
Entrance Door and Locks: The entrance door of the northern mobile toilet is made of thickened titanium-magnesium alloy, a material known for its high strength, corrosion resistance, and lightweight properties. This material can effectively withstand the impact of cold weather on the door, extending its service life. Additionally, the door is equipped with a dedicated lock for occupied/unoccupied status, which is reasonably designed and easy to operate. This lock can effectively distinguish the usage status of the toilet, preventing users from mistakenly entering a toilet that is in use, thereby improving safety and convenience.
Sanitation Facility Configuration: The northern mobile toilet is equipped with a 304 stainless steel squat toilet and a PE energy-saving water tank. The 304 stainless steel material is corrosion-resistant, easy to clean, and has a long service life, ensuring the hygiene and performance of the squat toilet. The PE energy-saving water tank offers good thermal insulation properties and water-saving effects, ensuring effective flushing while reducing water waste, meeting the requirements of energy conservation and environmental protection.
Special Structural Design: Mobile toilets used in Northeast China also feature an overall ridge design with mobile lifting hooks on top. This design enables the toilet to better adapt to the special climate and geographical environment of Northeast China. The ridge structure facilitates drainage and prevents snow accumulation, while the mobile lifting hooks facilitate transportation and installation, enhancing the flexibility and convenience of use.
