No-Flush Mobile Toilet Production

Admin October 01, 2026

No-flush mobile toilets can be made using materials such as water storage tanks and buckets, combined with technologies like microbial degradation, foam sealing, or bagging and collection. The specific steps are as follows:

I. Basic Structure Construction

  1. Base and Mobility Devices

    • Water Storage Tank Solution: Select two water storage tanks with open tops. Stack them at the bottom and secure them with self-tapping screws to form a double-layer structure. Install universal wheels at the four corners of the bottom tank for easy mobility.
    • Bucket Solution: Use a wooden board as the base. Install universal wheels and then place the cut buckets on it. Secure the bucket bodies with wooden strips to ensure stability.
  2. Opening and Sealing Treatments

    • Entrance Making: Use an angle grinder to cut a rectangular opening on the side of the tank or bucket as the doorway. Wrap the cut edges with wooden boards or aluminum-plastic panels to prevent scratches.
    • Drainage Design: Drill holes in the interior floor, insert elbows and pipes, and seal them. Connect them to floor drains or drainage pipes to ensure the smooth discharge of excrement.

II. Installation of Core Functional Modules

  1. Excrement Treatment Systems

    • Microbial Degradation Type: Lay biological strains at the bottom of the toilet or the tank. Decompose the excrement into organic fertilizer through microorganisms. Regularly add strains and maintain appropriate temperature and humidity.
    • Foam Sealing Type: Install a foam generation device. Form a sealing layer on the surface of the excrement with foaming liquid to suppress odors and mosquitoes. Equip with a foam liquid storage tank and delivery pipes.
    • Bagging and Collection Type: Use biodegradable bags. Automatically seal the excrement with a mechanical device for subsequent centralized treatment. Equip with a bag replacement device and a sealing structure.
  2. Sanitary Facility Configuration

    • Toilet Installation: Select an appropriate toilet model and fix it inside the tank or bucket. Connect the water inlet and outlet pipes. The toilet seat can be designed to be detachable for easy cleaning.
    • Hand-washing Device: Fix water pipes on the wall with clips. Install a faucet and a hand-washing basin made of a stainless-steel sink. Connect a pipe cap at the bottom and drill holes to ensure smooth drainage.

III. Auxiliary Functions and Detail Optimization

  1. Shower and Ventilation

    • Shower System: Use PVC pipes to assemble a shower bracket. Install a showerhead-type shower and connect water pipes and valve switches. In the bucket solution, drill holes on the side to install water pipe connectors.
    • Ventilation Design: Drill holes at the top or side wall to install an exhaust fan, or use the natural air permeability of the foam sealing layer to reduce odors.
  2. Appearance and Safety

    • Door Making: Make a toilet door with wooden boards and hinges. Install door handles and locks. In the bucket solution, process a wooden door with wood and fix it.
    • Anti-slip Treatment: Lay anti-slip mats or apply anti-slip coatings on the interior floor to reduce usage risks.

Precautions: Before production, select the technological path according to the usage scenario (e.g., regular maintenance of strains is required for microbial degradation). Ensure that all connections are tightly sealed to prevent leakage. If used in public places, it should comply with hygiene standards and environmental protection requirements.
