Ningxia Box-Type Mobile Toilet

Admin September 23, 2026

The Ningxia box-type mobile toilet is an environmentally friendly sanitation facility designed specifically for the environmental characteristics of the northwest region. Through adaptive improvements in materials, technology, and layout, it achieves efficient operation and low maintenance costs.

Construction Materials and Structure: The toilet body adopts a composite structure of fiberglass and a metal frame. The corrosion resistance of fiberglass can withstand material deformation caused by day-night temperature differences, while the metal frame meets load-bearing requirements through modular design. This combination ensures structural stability while reducing transportation weight loads, making it suitable for long-distance deployment.

Sewage Treatment System: A hierarchical treatment model is employed. Primary treatment collects waste in sealed storage tanks and reduces volume through anaerobic fermentation. Secondary treatment introduces a microbial degradation device where specific bacteria break down organic matter into harmless substances. Some models are equipped with evaporation and crystallization equipment, resulting in final emissions in the form of solid powder, meeting water-saving requirements in arid regions and avoiding the water waste of traditional flush toilets.

Energy Supply Module: Inclined photovoltaic panels are installed on the top, with angles calculated to adapt to changes in the sun's altitude angle in Ningxia, maximizing light energy absorption efficiency. Energy storage battery packs supply power to the lighting system and maintain the operation of electric heating film heating devices in winter. Electric heating film technology reduces reliance on flowing liquids, lowering the risk of pipeline freeze-cracking in low-temperature environments and ensuring stable operation of the equipment during cold seasons.

Spatial Layout Optimization: Following ergonomic and maintenance convenience principles, internal functional zones are flexibly converted through folding partitions, allowing the same space to adapt to usage needs at different times. All pipeline interfaces are concentrated in the maintenance compartment, eliminating the need to enter the usage area during maintenance, shortening the facility's downtime period, and improving turnover efficiency.

Environmental Adaptability Improvements: In response to the windy and sandy climate, the ventilation system is equipped with a three-stage filtration device: a primary filter to intercept large particles, an electrostatic layer to adsorb fine dust, and an activated carbon layer to remove odor molecules. The access control system adopts a dual-seal design, with rubber and magnetic seals working together to effectively block external wind and sand intrusion, ensuring internal cleanliness.

Special Model Design: Some models without water, electricity, or sewage discharge have only a single pit, with waste directly falling into a collection device below, eliminating the need for water and electricity connections. These are suitable for remote areas or temporary event scenarios, further expanding the range of applications.
