Ningde Construction Site Portable Toilet Rental

Portable toilet rental for construction sites in Ningde can be arranged through local service providers, with rental prices, deposits, and service options requiring comprehensive consideration based on actual needs. Here is a detailed breakdown of the information:

I. Rental Service Providers
Several service providers in Ningde, including Mr. Wang's Clean Transport Portable House Rental, Huida Transportation, and Xiamen Chuangying Tianxia Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd., offer rental services for portable toilets, mobile toilets, and outdoor toilets, covering areas such as Jiaocheng, Pingnan, Dongqiao, and Xiapu. It is recommended to prioritize service providers with complete qualifications and good reputations, which can be screened through online platforms or peer recommendations.

II. Deposit Standards and Precautions

1. Deposit Amount: The deposit for small single-person portable toilets ranges from 2,000 to 5,000 yuan per unit; for medium-sized double-unit toilets or those with shower facilities, the deposit ranges from 5,000 to 8,000 yuan per unit, with slight variations depending on the age and brand of the equipment.
2. Relationship Between Rental Period and Deposit: For short-term rentals (1-2 weeks), the deposit is 30%-50% of the total equipment price; for long-term rentals (over 1 month), some service providers may charge a deposit of 10%-20% of the total equipment price or support deducting the deposit from the monthly rent.
3. Refund Conditions: Upon return of the rented equipment, the deposit will be refunded to the original payment method within 3-7 working days, provided that the equipment is intact without major damage and passes the cleaning inspection. Any additional fees, such as cleaning or repair costs, will be deducted directly from the deposit.
4. Payment Methods: Mainstream payment methods include WeChat/Alipay transfers (instant arrival) and bank corporate account transfers (requiring a rental agreement). It is recommended to sign a formal rental contract to clarify the deposit amount, refund conditions, and liability for breach of contract to avoid disputes.

III. Monthly Rental Price Reference and Selection Advice

1. Price Range: The monthly rental price for ordinary single-unit portable toilets ranges from 800 to 1,500 yuan per unit; for models with basic configurations such as a sink and toilet paper holder, the price ranges from 1,200 to 1,800 yuan per unit; for high-end customized models (e.g., with air conditioning and aroma systems), the monthly rental fee may exceed 2,000 yuan.
2. Factors Affecting Price:
   • Number of Toilet Units: Renting more than 5 units may qualify for a 10% discount;
   • Geographical Location: Remote construction sites or scenic spots may incur additional transportation fees (50-100 yuan per kilometer);
   • Additional Services: The basic package does not include cleaning services, and additional services may increase the monthly fee by 200-500 yuan.
3. Selection Advice:
   • Clarify Usage Scenarios: Choose ordinary models for temporary events and consider models with storage cabinets for long-term use on construction sites;
   • Compare Prices in Advance: Consult at least three local rental companies to understand package discounts (e.g., "one spare unit for every 10 units rented" or "an 20% discount for annual packages");
   • Pay Attention to Contract Details: Confirm whether transportation, installation, and basic cleaning are included, as well as equipment damage compensation clauses, to avoid hidden fees.
