Ningbo Double-Position Mobile Toilet

Admin September 28, 2026

The Ningbo double-position mobile toilet is a mobile sanitation facility with two independent usage units, and its design, composition, and deployment involve engineering and logistical considerations.

Physical Composition of Core Functional Modules

  1. Excreta Treatment Unit: This is the core technical module, which has two systems. The traditional water-flushing system combined with a sewage storage tank relies on pre-injected clean water and chemical agents for flushing and deodorization, and the sewage storage tank requires regular removal and transportation. The other is a water-saving biological degradation or vacuum suction system, which significantly reduces water consumption and the frequency of removal and transportation through microbial decomposition or negative-pressure collection technology.
  2. Structural Framework and Enclosure Unit: Responsible for providing physical space and structural safety. The framework usually adopts lightweight and high-strength metal profiles, and the enclosure walls commonly use composite panels, which have anti-corrosion, thermal insulation, and a certain degree of privacy protection functions. The floor material needs to take into account anti-slip, waterproof, and load-bearing capabilities.
  3. Auxiliary Service Unit: Ensures basic usage comfort and convenience. It includes a forced ventilation system, a lighting system (usually using low-power LED light sources), simple shelves or hooks, and a hand-washing basin (which may integrate water storage or be directly connected to a temporary water supply pipe).

Integration Process from Modules to a Deployable System

  1. Internal System Integration: Connect functional pipelines, including seamlessly connecting the toilet to the sewage storage tank or treatment device, connecting the water supply pipeline (if any) to the hand-washing basin and flushing system, and laying wires to connect the lighting and ventilation equipment to the built-in power control system. The key lies in the standardization of interfaces and seal reliability testing.
  2. External Structure Encapsulation: After the internal pipeline connections have been tested without errors, proceed with the closed installation of the external enclosure structure. The wall panels, ceiling, and floor need to be precisely spliced, and the joints should be waterproofed and sealed. The door installation should ensure smooth opening and closing and secure locking. External interfaces such as ventilation openings, sewage discharge openings, and water inlet openings should be accurately reserved and clearly marked.
  3. Overall Stability Adjustment: The integrated facility needs to be level-adjusted by adjusting the base feet to ensure that the facility remains level at the installation site. This is crucial for the normal operation of the water seal in water-flushing toilets. At the same time, check all moving parts such as doors, locks, and hinges to ensure their normal functions.

Site Adaptability Assessment and Preparation before Deployment

The integrated mobile toilet is not suitable for all sites. Before deployment, a strict site adaptability assessment, including geological and load-bearing analyses, is required.
