New Type Prefabricated Cement House

Admin September 18, 2026

The new type prefabricated cement house takes prefabricated reinforced concrete modules as its core and is an assembled house produced in factories and assembled in a modular way.

Core Process and Structure: At specialized production bases, core components such as walls, floors, beams, and columns are cast in one go using high-precision molds. Each module integrates multiple structures including a steel reinforcement framework, insulation layers, waterproof layers, and pre-embedded pipelines, allowing for flexible combination like 'building blocks'.

Core Technical Highlights:

  • High Strength: It uses C30 - C40 grade concrete with built-in Φ8 - Φ12 steel reinforcement meshes, achieving a compressive strength of 25 - 30MPa, which is 1.5 times that of traditional brick-and-mortar structures.
  • Good Thermal Insulation: The walls have reserved slots for EPS insulation layers. When embedded on-site, the thermal insulation performance can be improved by 40%, providing significant warmth in winter and coolness in summer.
  • Strong Wind and Earthquake Resistance: The modules are connected through pre-stressed bolts + welded steel plates to form an overall framework. It can withstand wind speeds of up to Class 10 and has a seismic fortification intensity of 7 degrees (equivalent to the destructive force of the Wenchuan earthquake). There are also claims that it can actually withstand a typhoon of Class 12 in actual measurements, and in simulation tests, the house only shifts by 3 centimeters when swaying.

Advantages Compared to Traditional House-Building Methods:

  • High Efficiency: Traditional self-built houses take 3 - 6 months from bricklaying to completion, while a single 30㎡ module of the cement house only takes 7 days for factory prefabrication. After being transported to the site, with the cooperation of a crane and 3 workers, a single module can be installed in 4 hours, and a 100㎡ house can be fully erected in just 2 days.
  • Low Cost: Taking a 120㎡ rural self-built house as an example, the cost of a traditional brick-and-mortar structure is about 180,000 - 220,000 yuan (including labor), while the cost of the main modules of the cement house is only 120,000 - 150,000 yuan. With interior and exterior decoration, the total cost can be controlled within 200,000 yuan, reducing the overall cost by 30%.
  • Green and Environmentally Friendly: Factory production is fully controllable, with a scrap recovery rate of 95%. There is no dust or sewage discharge at the construction site, and the construction waste is only 10% of that of traditional house-building. Environmentally friendly concrete and water-based paints are used, with a formaldehyde emission of ≤0.05mg/m³, far below the national standard (0.1mg/m³).
  • Flexible House Type: The standard module size is 6m×3m×3m (length, width, and height). It can achieve free house type design through horizontal splicing and vertical stacking (up to 3 floors).

Limitation: It is difficult to modify the shape. If you want a rounded balcony, you have to pay an additional 20% for customization.
