New-type Mobile Toilet Customization Plan
Admin September 27, 2026
The customization plan for new-type mobile toilets should be comprehensively planned from five aspects: materials, functions, layout, process, and industry trends to ensure that it meets the needs of different scenarios while taking into account environmental protection and practicality.

I. Material Selection
- Box Material: Choose according to the usage environment. For humid areas (such as coastal regions), galvanized steel sheets are recommended due to their strong rust resistance. For places that require frequent relocation (such as event exhibitions), aluminum alloy is suggested for its light weight and corrosion resistance.
- Internal Panels: Antibacterial composite materials are preferred. Their smooth surfaces are easy to clean, reducing bacterial growth and odor residue, and lowering maintenance frequency.
- Roof Structure: A sloped design is adopted to prevent water accumulation. It is paired with a double-layer insulation layer (such as polyurethane foam + color steel sheet) to cope with high-temperature or cold weather and enhance user comfort.
II. Functional Configuration
- Water-saving System: Install sensor-based flushing devices that control water flow through infrared sensing. Compared with traditional flushing, this can reduce water consumption by 60%, making it suitable for water-scarce areas or high-frequency usage scenarios.
- Ventilation Solution: An exhaust fan is installed at the top, and air inlets are set at the bottom to form air convection and quickly expel odors. Cultural and tourism attractions can add an aroma system to enhance the experience.
- Special Needs Adaptation: Baby care rooms should be equipped with foldable baby changing tables. Accessible toilets need to reserve a 1.5-meter turning space and install handrails. Emergency scenarios (such as disaster relief) should have built-in SOS call buttons connected to a management terminal for real-time response.
III. Spatial Layout
- Single-room Size: It is recommended that a standard single room be 0.9×1.2 meters to balance comfort and land utilization. For cultural and tourism attractions, the size can be appropriately expanded to 1.0×1.3 meters to improve the user experience.
- Centralized Hand-washing Area: This is suitable for scenarios with a large flow of people (such as event exhibitions). It can save pipeline costs, but multiple hand-washing stations need to be set up to cope with queues during peak periods.
- Septic Tank Location: It should be close to the main road and lower than the toilet body to facilitate the operation of pumping trucks. For remote scenarios such as new energy power stations, an intelligent sludge pumping system can be used to remotely monitor the capacity and automatically issue warnings.
IV. Customization Process
- Needs Analysis: Clarify the usage location (such as fields or scenic spots), the estimated number of users, and the usage frequency. For example, toilets in fields need to be light and easy to carry, while those in scenic spots need to focus on aesthetics and comfort.
- Plan Design: Develop size, structure, and material plans according to the needs, focusing on optimizing ventilation, lighting, and odor control functions, while also considering user comfort (such as heated toilet seats and lighting design).
- Production and Installation: Modular production is adopted, and on-site assembly shortens the construction period. During installation, the foundation needs to be fixed, water and electricity need to be connected, and sensor devices and ventilation systems need to be tested.
V. Adaptation to Industry Trends
- Modular Production: The toilet is disassembled into standardized components (such as the box, roof, and sanitary ware) for mass prefabrication and rapid on-site assembly, reducing construction complexity.
- Low-carbon and Environmental Protection: Factory production reduces on-site construction waste. The product can be disassembled as a whole, and its components can be recycled (such as steel and plastic), meeting the requirements of green development.
- Scene-specific Customization: Functions are optimized for different scenarios. For example, municipal emergency toilets focus on rapid deployment and durability; toilets in new energy power stations require explosion-proof design to adapt to special environments.
