New Mobile Toilet Construction Plan

Admin October 10, 2026

The new mobile toilet construction plan should cover aspects such as project background, construction preparation, process technology, schedule plan, and precautions. Details are as follows:

I. Project Background and Overview

Mobile toilets, as convenient, hygienic, and environmentally friendly public sanitation facilities, can meet the public sanitation needs of densely populated areas such as large event venues, temporary gathering points, areas around municipal engineering projects, and tourist attractions, enhancing the city's image and residents' convenience in daily life.

II. Construction Preparation

  1. Technical Preparation
    • Organize construction personnel to participate in technical training to familiarize themselves with the structure of mobile toilets, installation processes, and safety regulations; review relevant standards to clarify design intentions and technical difficulties; and prepare technical disclosure documents to ensure that construction requirements are conveyed to frontline personnel.
    • Technical personnel need to participate in drawing reviews to confirm installation locations, dimensions, and special requirements.
  2. Material Preparation
    • Main structural materials: corrosion-resistant materials such as stainless steel and aluminum alloy; internal facilities: sanitary ware, washbasins, and lighting fixtures; auxiliary materials: expansion screws, waterproof glue, sealant, etc.
    • All materials must be accompanied by certificates of conformity and undergo sampling inspections according to regulations to ensure quality compliance.
  3. Tool Preparation
    • Electric tools: electric drills, cutting machines, and electric welders; manual tools: wrenches, screwdrivers, and hammers; measuring tools: tape measures, spirit levels, and leveling instruments.
    • Large equipment (such as excavators and concrete mixers) should be debugged in advance to ensure good performance.
  4. Site Preparation
    • Level the construction site and set up barriers to isolate non-construction personnel; clear the installation area to ensure a solid foundation and smooth drainage.
    • Connect temporary water and electricity supplies and plan material storage areas to avoid obstructing construction and passage.

III. Construction Process and Technical Requirements

  1. Foundation Construction
    • Measure and set out to determine the installation location, excavate foundation pits, and pour concrete; if the foundation bearing capacity is insufficient, replace it with graded sand and gravel for reinforcement.
    • Level the foundation surface with an error controlled within ±5mm to ensure the main structure is installed horizontally.
  2. Main Structure Installation
    • Use lifting equipment to steadily hoist the prefabricated main structure to the foundation position and fix it by welding or bolting; adjust the levelness using a spirit level and add shims if necessary for leveling.
  3. Internal Facility Installation
    • Securely fix sanitary ware, washbasins, and lighting fixtures; connect water supply and drainage pipes, electrical components, and ventilation equipment, and check for tightness to prevent leaks.
  4. Decoration and Finishing
    • Use environmentally friendly paints or facing materials for internal and external decoration, with colors coordinated with the surrounding environment to enhance aesthetics.
  5. Commissioning and Acceptance
    • Test the operation of facilities by supplying power and water to check functions such as flushing, lighting, and ventilation; sign and deliver acceptance documents after passing the inspection.

IV. Construction Schedule Plan

Develop a phased schedule based on the project scale, typically including: construction preparation (3-5 days), measurement and setting out (1 day), foundation construction (5-7 days), main structure installation (3-4 days), internal facility installation (4-6 days), decoration and finishing (2-3 days), and commissioning and acceptance (1-2 days).

V. Precautions

  • Adhere to the principles of practicality, environmental protection, convenience, and aesthetics to ensure complete functionality and integration with the surrounding environment.
  • Special operation personnel (electricians, welders) must hold certificates and strictly comply with safety operation procedures.
  • Store incoming materials by category to avoid mixing or damage; promptly clean up construction waste to maintain a tidy site.
