National Mobile Toilet Rental Prices

Admin October 08, 2026

The rental prices of mobile toilets across the country vary depending on type, rental period, and regional differences, which can be broadly categorized into the following three influencing factors:

I. By Type
The rental price of mobile toilets is directly related to their type. For example, a simple single-toilet unit typically has a daily rental price ranging from 50 to 100 yuan/day, suitable for short-term, small-scale events or temporary needs. If multiple toilet units are required in combination, the price will increase significantly. Taking Shanghai as an example, the daily rental price for a 7-toilet mobile toilet unit is 868 yuan/group/day, a single mobile toilet unit is 130 yuan/group/day, and a high-end single mobile toilet unit (possibly equipped with more comprehensive facilities or intelligent functions) can reach as high as 680 yuan/group/day. The price difference between high-end and standard models mainly stems from differences in materials, functions (such as ventilation, lighting, and disinfection systems), and design complexity.

II. By Rental Period
The length of the rental period is a key factor affecting the price. Monthly rental prices are typically 30% to 50% cheaper than daily rentals. For example, the monthly rental range for standard mobile toilets is 1,500 to 3,000 yuan. This difference arises because long-term rentals reduce transportation, maintenance, and labor costs for suppliers, resulting in lower unit-time costs for users as the rental period increases. For projects lasting more than a month, it is advisable to prioritize monthly rentals to save on expenses.

III. By Region
The economic level of a region significantly impacts rental prices. In first-tier cities like Beijing and Shanghai, the rental prices for basic mobile toilets are 10% to 20% higher than in second- and third-tier cities. This gap primarily stems from higher labor, logistics, and site costs in first-tier cities, coupled with more concentrated market demand, leading suppliers to adopt pricing strategies that cover higher operating costs. For instance, the daily rental price for a 7-toilet mobile toilet unit in Shanghai (868 yuan/group/day) is significantly higher than the national average for simple single-toilet units (50-100 yuan/day), partly due to regional differences.

Summary: When choosing mobile toilet rentals, it is essential to consider factors such as type, rental period, and region comprehensively. For short-term, small-scale needs, simple single-toilet units are preferable; for long-term projects, signing monthly rental contracts is recommended to reduce costs; if used in first-tier cities, a budget premium of 10% to 20% should be reserved. For specific prices, it is advisable to consult local suppliers further and determine the optimal plan based on actual needs.
