Nanyang Mobile Environmental Toilet Inspection
The inspection of Nanyang mobile environmental toilets should be based on multiple standards and testing methods, covering aspects such as equipment quality, performance, safety, and usability. Details are as follows:

I. Basic Quality Inspection Standards The equipment must be brand new and unused, fully complying with the quality, specifications, and performance requirements specified in the bidding technical documents, including details such as material usage and equipment quantity. Under proper installation, use, and maintenance conditions, it must ensure stable performance throughout its service life, avoiding functional failures due to design or material defects.
II. Phased Testing Methods
- Supervisory Testing: The purchasing party may send personnel to the production factory for supervision or conduct pre-acceptance before shipment to ensure the production process complies with technical specifications.
- On-site Testing: After the equipment arrives, unpack and inspect it jointly with the user to verify the supply list, confirm the completeness of the equipment and the availability of accessories, and cooperate to complete the on-site acceptance process.
- Operational Testing: After installation and commissioning, it must pass a trial operation assessment to ensure fault-free operation and be signed off by the user and relevant departments before being deemed a qualified product.
III. Specialized Inspections of Key Performance
Appearance and Decorative Quality:
- Visually inspect the appearance, interior decoration, sanitary ware, and markings for completeness and effectiveness;
- Measure dimensional errors not exceeding 5mm;
- The decorative layer must be flat without depressions, firmly attached, with sealed joints free from rain leakage or water seepage;
- The floor must be flat and sealed, without water seepage or ponding.
Wind and Earthquake Resistance:
- Steel structure welding must comply with JGJ81 standards, and anti-corrosion and anti-rust treatments must comply with GB50212 standards;
- The overall structure must be stable, with wind resistance not less than Level 10 and earthquake resistance not less than Level 8, with a design life of no less than 10 years.
Sealing and Waterproof Performance:
- Use a water jet to adjust the pressure to 0.1MPa, with a spraying distance of 500mm, and continuously spray water along the exterior walls, corners, and roof connections for 15 minutes;
- Stop for 1 hour and check for leaks to ensure the reliability of the waterproof layer.
Tank Sealing Performance:
- Fill the storage tank and fecal tank with water and let them stand to check for leaks;
- Visually inspect the rationality of the water supply and drainage piping layout;
- Test the completion time of the toilet fixture's sealing action not exceeding 3 seconds;
- Confirm that the fecal tank is completely isolated from the interior of the toilet, and the cleaning port cover opens and closes flexibly and seals well.
Through the above standardized inspection process, the compliance and usability of Nanyang mobile environmental toilets can be comprehensively evaluated, ensuring they meet the requirements for environmental protection, safety, and long-term use.
